Adobe Animate effect layers doesn't show up right on After Effects

I have a scene with a TV covered in stickers. I applied a mask to these stickers to give them a holographic effect with an image, applying “Hard Light” and lowering the opacity.

Well, when I open the .fla file in After Effects, the mask works, but the “Hard Light” effects and opacity are not applied.

I understand that there are several solutions, such as converting the symbol to a bitmap, but I want to find out why this is happening and whether or not there is a solution.
