CC Ball Action is broken in update 24.4

After updating AE from 23.3 to 24.4 we are seeing that CC Ball Action is giving us very different results. This is forcing us to roll back our AE install. While we appreciate the new options in the plugin such as the Coloring options (crisp, medium, smooth) none of these completely match the results from the previous version. Setting the Color option to Crisp gives us something close to what the previous version did, but it's still different. 

We've tested this issue on both Intel and AMD based computers, running Nvidia GPU's (2080ti and 3090 respectively)

Thank you for reporting this issue. Could you share an example of the CC Ball Action rendering differences you are seeing in version 24.4 versus 23.3? It would be helpful as well to see the parameters used in a project file.

Our project is in 32bpc, linear.

Working space set to Rec.709 Gamma 2.4

Comp framerate is 23.976

Any updates here? I've got an old project with 40+ spots in that I need to reversion use this plugin and I'm seeing different results!? It's ridiculous to update a plugin and not be able to replicate what it did before. There should be an online repository where we can download older versions of plugins for situations like this.
