I’m sorry you’re encountering problems working with Content-Aware Fill in AE.  I’m not aware of any known issue that matches what you’re experiencing.  But I’d like to help isolate and resolve the problem. 

Does the warning occur in all instances when using CAF, or is it project specific?
Is it possible for you to send us the affected Ae project and source?

When I minimized the scene and minimized the mask, I succeeded, but the space died. The scene was five seconds long, but it consumed 26 GB. I don’t know why it consumes all this space.
