Hi jamesh36372389,

Sorry for the crash.

Is it an external LUT or internal? Try importing your project into a new blank project and try to remove Lumteri.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
Nishu

I am assuming it's an external media file that's using the LUT. Try this -

  1. Close After Effects and change the location of the media that's using LUT in After Effects.
  2. Open the project. The media file should appear as missing. Try to remove the LUT at this point.
  3. If that allows you to remove the LUT, try relinking the media.

Let us know the outcome.

Thanks,

Nishu
