After effects shut down my monitor, turns it black

After effects shut down my monitor, turns it black. Today i continued working on my project, but after opening it, my monitor turned black for few seconds and this repeats even after downloaded AE again. Before that i havent had such problem

Without any system info we can't really tell you much. Simply sounds like AE is crashing your graphics driver, so look into resetting its settings or updating it.

Thank you, but actually i discovered that it is problem of my monitor or smth else.
