Constant AE Crashes while opening project.

After Effects has become unusable on my home PC. It crashes within the first 5 seconds of openning any project. I've tried importing a project into a new file, same issue. Ran in safe mode, still crashes. Disabled all plug-ins, crash. Reset preferences, same. Disabled Home Screen, no change. Updated video drivers, no difference.  I've tried AE Beta with no luck.

This is making it  impossible to work. I've been having to remote into my office PC to work, which has the same plugins, scripts, settings, and version. Works fine on my office PC, except due to remoting in there's a massive audio delay and just generally slow. No reason why the same file or any file on my home PC keeps crashing.

Forgot to mention, I've cleared all the caches before as well.

Seems like going to "Preferences > Import" and disabling "Hardware accelerated decoding" helped.

If the issue occurred after the recent updates and you have Beta versions installed
(After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc..),
you need to uninstall all of them, and normally, the 2024 versions should start working again.
If After Effects still doesn't launch despite uninstalling the Beta applications,
you will need to uninstall and reinstall After Effects 2024.
In my case, this happened last night, I had to uninstall AE Beta,
then uninstall and reinstall AE 2024, and everything went back to normal.

It's very likely that After Effects crashes here:

Scanning Folder --> File Formats: Camera Raw.

Thanks for the help. I wasn't having issue with the Camera Raw loading. Everything will load but 5 seconds after the project was open it would crash. Your suggestion worked. Uninstalled all the Beta versions (Photoshop, After Effects, Media Encoder). Uninstalled the main version of AE and reinstalled. 

I had done an uninstall and reinstall of the main but I still had the beta on. I wonder what files are causing problems with that. So weird.

Now I just have to figure out why it crashes when I try to go to Particular's Designer window. That seems to be a seperate issue though. Can add it to a solid, can change settings in Effects Controls, but crashes the second I hit the Designer button. But yeah, that's a seperate issue.

Oui, tout est rentré dans l'ordre après avoir désinstalé AE Beta et désinstalé et réinstalé AE 2024.

J'ai que 2 plugins d'instalés:

- VC ORB

- VC SABER

Si tu as tout essayé, reset des pref, safe mode, suppression des dossiers indiqués par @nishu_kush , désinstalation/réinstalation des logiciels etc...

Il faut passer au stade supérieur, restauration du système à une date où tout fonctionnait.

Ou sinon formatter l'ordinateur et effectivement faire attention aux plugins que tu utilises, ne pas trop en instaler.
