Movie captions at this video supposted to be at the end of the movie do you know why they are in between the scenes and how to do that effect? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnG8Y_RdIT4&feature=youtu.be Timestamp 1:30:45 - 1:31:42.
Put it in Premiere Pro, cut out the bad parts and fix the audio. That is all.

You have asked this questions already, aren't you?
I don't see any effect, just credits during the movie. If you can't image how one can cut in credits in a scene, please start with the basic tutorials of video editing.

You asked this already, too.
But yes, you can do this with time remap and expressions.

You really need to study the basics. Doing something like that by taking the original movie, applying time remapping, then moving the credits is about 1000 times more difficult and problematic than just putting the movie in a non-linear editor and making some cuts and rearranging the clips.
I am starting to think that you are about 10 and have never cut a video before. Please tell us a little more about your experience level. We can't help you very well if you just keep asking for screenshots. It will take you years to learn how to use After Effects if you do not start with the basics. Not one of the problems you have asked for help on so far would be best handled using After Effects. As far as I can tell, they are all just very basic editing questions.

I agree with Rick Gerard : please learn the basics and ask real questions.
At this point, a screenshot won't help you in no way and to ask for indicated that you have no glue what you are asking for.
An Expression to imitate simple edits is complete nonsense.
Please get started with After Effects and Premiere Pro tutorials. You'll find official one from Adobe and tons of it from other users at youtube.

I think you to old and you dont have enough experience because you telling me what much easier to do many things in Premiero Pro but not in After Effects and other people never say me that and i found to do that much easier in After Effects by time remap expression.

Than go with time remap and expressions if it's easier for you.
There are tutorials as well.
