all components object turn transparent once i change the comeponent render mode to Advanced 3D. in Adobe After Effects 2024 v24.2.1
My pc has a xeon processor, 16 GB of RAM, and 8 GB of VRAM
I don not have any external plugins installed.
Please i really need your help with this i don't know what to do again.

If you switch to the Classic 3D renderer, do your layers become visible again?

That's good to hear. Can you try this in the latest version of After Effects, 25.1? There have been many improvements and bug fixes since 24.2, which is from February of 2024. Alternatively, if you're not ready to jump to AE 2025 (which can be installed alongside your version), you can update to 24.6.2 from September of 2024.

sure i am ready. one thing i discoverd to is that i open the same file using the same version in another computer and all the objects were showing without any problem. So i thought mabe my drivers was the issue so updated my drivers especially the graphics drivers and even my BIOS but yet no changes. I was using window 11 but becasue of the problem i went back to windows 10 N. yet no results
