Built in bones with IK and AK for Character animation - compete with Rive, Cavalry etc

Having to use 3rd party tools like Duik Angela (which is amazing), Rubberhose etc is ok, but with the advent of Rive

 

Surely it's time we had a powerful IK / AK bone engine built into After Effects. Cavalry is growing but AE performance is severly lacking. Surely... surely they are re-writting the software from the ground up... surely.

There is absolutely no reason why there are no charachter bones and IK in After Effects.  I dont understand why this wasnt done years ago. Whether its buying one of the third party providers or merging and improving tools from Animate.  Its not as if theres lack of demand or Adobe resources.
