TextDocument Scripting Updates

AE 24.0 scripting updates for TextDocument are much appreciated!

I'd like to request adding the items below:

1. TextDocument.strokeOverFill was added. But this gives access to 2 out of 4 options in the Character Panel. Please add the scripting ability to read/write "All Fills over All Strokes" and "All Strokes over All Fills".  
2. Please add read/write access for TextDocument.autoLeading
3. Please add write access for TextDocument.horizontalScale and TextDocument.verticalScale

These are all resolved.

1. This was user error. Bit confusing, but "All Fills over All Strokes" and "All Strokes over All Fills" are accessible via Text Layer > More Options > Fill & Stroke. This property can read/write via scripting.

#2 and #3

These both work for read/write back to AE 2021! Documentation at docsforadobe.dev was previously inaccurrate and has been updated.
