Want to place Anchor points to specific locations (up / down / left / right) or short cut key to locate them

I want to be able to easily switch the position of the anchor point of a shape or text layer to the center or edge etc.

Implement this script into AE, which allows you to easily define and set the Anchor Point for all selected layers:

This is already possible. Use the pan behind tool (Y) and move the anchor point. Hold cmd/ctrl to snap it to edges or center.

I don't know of a shortcut key for moving it directly to corners or edge centers, but you can already center the anchor point using cmd alt home.

Changing the position of the anchor point is important when creating motion graphics. As a request, I want a shortcut or UI panel other than the center.

I think that what you can do now is "move the position with the mouse operation" and "⌘ + click" to place it in the center

I want to prepare tools more quickly and intuitively.

A fantastic plug in called Move Anchor Point 4 already does this and doesn't cost much ($5 dollars). A great tool!!

This feature is now in the public beta of After Effects! The shortcut is shift+tab or you can click the anchor point icon thingy in the Properties Panel.
