If you find that Generative Fill is greyed out for you, it is possible that you may not have a valid Date of Birth associated with your Adobe ID account. To update your Date of Birth, you can do any of the following: • Log into Behance with your Adobe ID and enter your Date of Birth. • Log into your Adobe account and enter your Date of Birth. To learn more, see Error: "Not eligible to use Creative Cloud services". Once your Date of Birth is up to date, relaunch the Photoshop (beta) app to enable Generative Fill. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/generative-fill.html
Be aware that if you have previously entered a DOB and you are underage, the date cannot be changed. If you have not previously added age verification, and cannot enter your age verification via Behance, Adobe Customer Care can assist you. impossible to use, generative fill grayed out despite updated verison and behance. I have an official license and I can't access this product. Please facilitate access
@Bramsduvet Im assuming you are in a managed account - Enterprise, Team or Education. Your IT/Account admin has to change the setting in the Admin console to allow releases within a 30 day window. Otherwise you have to wait a month to see them.
Hi, Ive did all the suggested solutions but my Generative Fill button on Adobe Photoshop is greyed out Ive consulted with an Adobe Help Specialist and none has worked for me.
1. Ive already added my Date of birth on Behance 2. I have reinstalled photoshop Beta 3. My firewall is deactivated 4. I have no Anti virus or VPN running
Had the same issue and tried all of these fixes but it was something so simple I was embarrassed. All you have to do is created a selection in your photo THEN you can select generative fill, it's grayed out because there's no selection. At least that was my problem.
In the Adobe Photoshop 2023 beta (Firefly AI) I have the +18 restriction for the "Generative Fill" feature but I do meet that age. How can I set my age? Or how do I fix this?
