I want to make the car only little smaller whitout sepeating to layers?

hello,

I have this image as 1 image and I want only make the car smaller.

is that possible whitout seperating the car from background to make the car littele smaller.

if yes , how I can achieve that.

    I wil ask again,

    is it possible to make foreground image smaller whitout using any tool and layer mask?

    just please tell me yes or no?

    No.

     

    You need to select the car which is currently part of the background. Photoshop only sees pixels, not cars.

    thanks ,

    I have selected the car and I get this . I made also layer the result is the same .

    so it means I have to select and mask.

    am I right? or there is other way?
