Hello, today, while I was working on a project in Premiere Pro, the preview image suddenly disappeared. In Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, the video preview does not open in the part where the preview screen is located. When I press the space bar, the sound of the video starting is heard, but there is no image. I searched in many places, but I could not find a solution. I deleted it and reinstalled it, it didn't work, I cleared the media cache and it didn't work, I downgraded or upgraded the version and it didn't work either. I tried and many other things but I couldn't find a solution. I am sending the screen recording as an attachment. I would be very happy if you could help me.

(my system properties
i7 13700h
gtx 4060
32 ddr5 ram
1tb ssd
The video I was working on was a very simple edit, so I don't think it was caused by a system freeze.)

I DID! Different solution btw..

They told me to open:
Device Manager > Display adapters > Intel UHD Graphics > right click and choose update driver > browse my computer for driver > Let Me Pick > Choose Microsoft Basic Display Adapter > Next.

After install, restart computer, and try Premiere! IT WORKS! SOLVED!

Thank you guys for help & suggestion! It means a lot for me!

I called HP support and they remotely connected to my computer. They downloaded the HP Cloud Recovery from the Microsoft Store to update the BIOS to a new version. It was a 3-hour process. Previously, they had me enter the boot menu by pressing specific keys that they guided me through during the phone call. I had to use a USB drive for the entire process. I recommend backing up all your files before calling. I just downloaded Premiere again (2024 version) and now IT WORKS! The problem is solved

HI @Noodles1278 - Were you able to update your driver?  I saw Nvidia released a new app that can install drivers for you.  Do you have any custom scaling in your OS Display settings?

Hi @jamieclarke Yes i have the NVIDIA app and installed the latest update of the Studio Drivers. I even performed a clean reinstall multiple times just to be sure.

I don't have any custom scaling on my OS Display Settings.

The weird thing is if i toggle Full Screen in Premiere Pro the footage runs perfectly. It's specifically the Program and Source monitors not loading anything in Premiere.

And in Lightroom my pictures don't load in at all.
