What happened to "display the project item name and label color for all instances" ?

Has the "display the project item name and label color for all instances" feature been removed from this version?  It used to be under the General tab in Project prefs but I cant find it anywhere.  Thanks.

      Yes I just opened up Premiere to start my next project and it's gone! I use this feature to color coordinate my timeline, it helps me get things done a lot quicker. Don't know why they got rid of it.
