Adope Stock Photos Purchased present as not purchased, shopping cart icon

I have subscribed to Adobe Stock Photo for years. I made many purchases of images. However, many,

not all, show in my library as not purchased. The only work around for me is to download the image and then manually put it into the library. Thanks for help.
