Does tapping not work on real devices or am I missing something? Maybe not on Amazon Spots but on Shows? -> As far as i know, on iOS/Android Devices, but not on the real/final Voice-Devices. You just can design/test Voice Prototypes in XD. But also check the XD Online Help for this issue.

As i can't read Corean but see the Icon; Your colors are NOT syncronized, which could B one of the 100 reasons. Go to Adobe Bridge – Color Settings and sync the colors over the entire Creative Cloud Desktop Apps. And/Or make sure that the original File has the same Color-Space/Profile as your new file. And also – try to learn something about the physics of color and paper 😉

Could Adobe be keeping my program as hostage bata? ???? the answer is no! I guess your computer has no compatible GPU to work seamless with AI. Did you check the Preferences (ctrl+K)? Does it also print out as a «massive Blob»? Could you please show us screenshots of the effect and of the grayed out menue?

I suspect, the PDF's are exported in RGB – that's bad for your printing output. printing color over color This here should help: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/color-conversion-ink-management-acrobat.html PS: don't forget to charge the customer for this extra work 😉

The «Belgium» Font is or was not part of Adobe Fonts (ex. Typekit) or the pre-installed fonts. So where did you get it and when did you de-install it? Can you find the font on your computer? (Spotlight etc.). – did you change/update your computer?

@Paul_Bunyar :hundred_points: it's not that Adobe didn't invent the Portable Document Format (PDF) in '93 – they maybe just forgot about looking left/right (Indesign/Illustrator/Acrobat Export etc.) when implementing PDF Export to XD 🤣 At the moment it's easier to Export JPG/PNG and then, with 1 click create a single PDF inside Acrobat.

How did your Library-Assets get there? You should have the originals somewhere, not? Without any detail informations about your Computer (Platform, Version) and Software (Indesign – Version) its even harder to help you. It would have been easier to first use the «Cleaner» App from Adobe and also to clean up your system/software preferences. PS: It doesn't help to write «HELP URGENT» PS: If you «hate» Creative Cloud – just use one of the alternatives

Hi What is exactly your issue/problem with Illustrator? As far as i know, you take a proper Illustrator/Vector file and open/use it with the GCC Expert Cutter software. That's it. I suggest, taking a basic Illustrator class/course first. Also contact the Support from GCC directly.
