Hi Felipe, I'm sorry you're running into problems with 2.0.4.  Can you tell me what applications you have installed that are causing the "This application requires a version of Adobe AIR which cannot be found..." error to be displayed?  If possible, could you take a look at one of the app's application.xml files and let me know what it says for the application xmlns towards the top of the file (for example "C:\Program Files\TweetDeck\META-INF\AIR\application.xml") Since you're having issues uninstalling, could you also include the contents of your AIR installer log?  You can find instructions for this here. The badge will use the appID parameter to check for previous installs.  As for the publisherID in the application descriptor file, you'll want to have that commented out if you aren't using it.  Only the badge's pubID parameter should be an empty string.  I've also updated the link above to the correct URL. Hi Paul, Can you try downloading the latest runtime at http://get.adobe.com/air?  This should save a file on your hard drive named AdobeAIRInstaller.exe, from there you should be able to double click it to start the install process.  This is a windows executable file, so if windows pops a dialog up asking you which program you want to "open with" then something went wrong with the download process.  Please let me know if this helps. Hi Mark, A follow up to the "Program Compatibility Assistant" issue on Win 7.  If I uninstall my test app and runtime, then open a new command prompt with "Run as administrator" the error goes away and both the runtime and app are installed properly (though the progress bar UI still appears.)  I've asked the developer that implemented this feature and he believes this is by design.  If you get a chance, could you give that a try and see if it helps?  I should note however if there's any problem with the install, for example, the app is already installed and the installer exits because it won't overwrite, that dialog will once again appear. That's odd that this is just happening in certain countries.  In the past we've had issues with certain characters in path names, particularly user names, but we believe this has been fixed.  This sounds more like firewall/dns issues trying to auto-download the runtime.  Is this occurring with a badge install?  Any chance we could get some of the failed installer logs? Hi Mark, I can confirm that I'm seeing both issues.  If the runtime is not installed, progress bar UI displayed with -silent argument.  And worse, on Windows 7 the install fails completely with the "Program Compatibility Assistant" dialog being displayed.  I haven't tested Vista yet, but I'll try that out later today.  I'm working on entering bugs on both issues now and will report back with internal bug numbers shortly. Thanks for letting me know the OS.  I've installed the app and run through the tutorial, no problems yet but I suspect this might only occur when going online?  My son is a big fan of DotA so I'll probably ask him to play through some online matches .  We've also contacted and forwarded this issue along to Riot games.  Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this soon.
