No, I didn't mean to uninstall/reinstall Creative Cloud. I was trying to say that we should try to update the applications with an alternative method. Please try this: Open Photoshop and choose Help > Updates. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updates. Relaunch creative cloud desktop app and revert if the problem persists.
