May I advice you follow some very basic InDesign classes or read a book on the basic use of InDesign first? InDesign is not a app you can just start to use without knowing this very basic things in formatting. Well meant advice. Anyway: it is in the Type preferences. But if you do  not know how align to baseline grid works, nor know how to set the baseline grid in Preferences and the relation to spacing (leading) values that won't help you. Then again: you use 'spacing' not 'leading' so your use of terms is also a bit confusing with makes it hard for us to help you as we have to do a lot of guessing here what you actually mean... ... You say embedded video AND linked. It is either one or the other.  From your post I understand linked (to Google drive) and not embedded at all, correct? That said, video in a iPDF embedded won't work anyway. For the rest it is an access, user rights, webbrowser setting (as well as which browser uis used) etc. question as well, but I would expect the 'Download' on such Google things. As you can not expect such a thing to behave the same in any way on every system and video in pdf is a problem per definition, please abandon this 'interactive pdf' idea, and with video forget it at all.
