first you have to save style for first TOC and when you make the second TOC, also save its style and remove the Tic behind replace exiting table of content.

your documet is in arabic, definitely the some numbers are coverted right to left. go to character panel menu, make sure the numbers are left to right... then change the paragraph style for TOC body to contain the character style you did you can use grep style for this issue numbers withing arabic propebly coverted in the direction, numbers must be always from left to right.

not only the font size!! there is tracking, leading, vertical and horizantal scaling.... you can define for the required sepecifications, paragraph style, and apply for other paragraphs. https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/paragraph-character-styles.html

for sure you can have multi artboards in one Ai file, but not separated layer for each artboard ( that can be in adobe XD, each artboard /screen have its own layers.) please check art board tool, annd from window>artboards in artboard panel you can add, delete, re-arrange artboards.

the pdf with video will not work on all devices, all users, the same. thats why adobe removed it several years ago! When i create a pdf with video for several users, i will excpect that not all users will play my video...

Playing videos in interactive PDF are no longer available.. you will notice video under Epub/publish onnlinne Only! that means Video will nnot play in PDF.

can we have a screenshot for swatches panel??? what is the Adobe PDF preset you use? when you export to prinnt, check the output section> ink manager you'll be able to see spot colors and make sure that All spot to process is not checked.

for placed pdf, when select the intire artwork, check the scale from control panel, should be 100%, it seems scaled down. and dont forget to make right click,, display performance and choose high quality preview.

you can make place holder text copied from word for example, select all text and past. thats can be donne if all the threads are linked together, but you have to apply the style again.
