Hi jackieg418, Try navigating to Edit>Preferences>select "General" from the categories list and under the application startup option uncheck the option which reads "Tell me if adobe acrobat DC is not my default pdf application" . Let me know if this helps. Regards Sarojini

Hi davidh38818634, You can install both the version on the same computer but its usually not recommended. If both are installed on the same machine there would be conflict issues. So its not recomended to install both acrobat versions on the same machine. Also please try navigating to Help>Repair installation and also check for updates under the help menu . Hi ckc60777449 We are sorry but the serial number would work only for Acrobat DC and not for acrobat XI. You would have to upgrade your OS to windows 7 in order to install acrobat DC . let us know if you need any further assistance . Regards Sarojini
