that is the wrong tab marker. you want the one all the way to the right. When you select the tab all the way to the right you will see the Leader box with a dot in it. Just delete the dot. Unfortunately that would require an outside script beyond the Adobe program to keep track and communicate with the postscript files and the excel file before sending to the printer. In the end you would be generating and sending 300 different documents to the printer anyway. It would be a cool feature but a $30 auto increasing number stamp might be your best solution. Grivenger, There is no telling if that document was created in Indesign. Also, are you looking for a completely connected solution? I ask because where the blue box is in the first block is not the same as the second block. So different approaches would be required for each. In the first block. Personally I would not do this in a table. I would build a object style and several paragraph and character styles to accomplish each of the elements. As BobLevine​ stated it does look like anchored inline objects with text wraps. But the first box would be outside the table requiring a negative offset so not sure that is possible via table or text block. I took a few min and roughed out the beginings and well yeah I think there is not a "pretty" solution here. It is likely that your default font is causing an issue. First I would try resetting your preferences: (Windows) Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files. (Mac OS) While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files. If that doesn't work you might try: 1. Open your Paragraph Styles panel (F11) 2. Edit your [Basic Paragraph] style 3. Click on the Basic Character Formats and change the font 4. Click OK. 5. The issue comes from your printer's (well everyone's printer's) PPD. Indesign works just fine with some and doesn't play nice with others. Page imposition, rotation and flip direction are all set by the printer and sometimes between the InDesign thinking it is doing the right thing and the ppd thinking it is correcting for the right thing, things get all messed up.
