Have you tried the "Print booklet" feature? Usually works much better than manually trying to set it all. Alternatively you can print to pdf and print booklet from PDf. They use a series of jump cuts. In a few instances it looks like they are just cutting a half a second out of the footage to give it a jitter effect (repeat effect). For those following this thread. I found this script here that does the trick. 1. Original PDF that is accessible  (section 508 compliant) 2. Contains form field for the client to fill in 3. You can get irregular results sometimes when there is not enough timeline from either side of a clip. That was what I was looking for initially. I was looking for anomalies in your transitions, but they all look like they are just fine. I know you are using VLC player. Have you tried uploading to youtube. Sometimes when I am reviewing footage through VLC i get stutters when it is 4k footage. Also, have you tried exporting in a different format. H264 or MOV whichever you haven't tried. If so.. does it jump in the exact same spot no matter what format or through what viewer? Just trying to isolate if it is a timeline, format, playback issue. Okay.. so let me address a few things one at a time. 1. you cannot simply take a 300px x 600px image and upscale it to 4000px x 4833 and expect that the results will look like anything usable at all. You are enlarging by more than 1000 percent of the original size. there is just not enough information in that small partial image to resize it as much as you are expecting. 2. Regarding your content aware fill not showing up, I can only guess that you are on the wrong layer. We would need to see a full screenshot of your workspace to identify anything more than a guess. 3.
