Hi, How precise are you needing to outline the labels? I used a 4 pixel, 100% hardness brush to manually outline the labels in a screen capture of your image, using shift modified clicks to create straight lines. Will that work for your needs? regards, steve

Hi, Do you see the < next to the Ps icon when you have a document open? If so, that typically means you are entering the Home screen by clicking on the 'home' icon. If it isn't showing then you have invoked the Home screen in some way, but I'd need steps to understand how. Opening documents in floating windows will not auto-dismiss, and you'll have to use ESC.

Hi David, That is a curious looking workspace (floating windows and panels, no tool bar). Is that a saved custom workspace or just a modified one of the existing workspaces? Does selecting ESC when Home is active dismiss it? And which version of Windows is this? What steps are part of your workflow, as well? regards, steve

Hi, Thanks for mentioning. I didn't intend to say it wasn't helpful, but less nuanced of a workaround then it could be. I can't recall all the details but there was an issue with one of those extension installs in the past. There is a knowledge base article somewhere that I haven't found which goes over the way to resolve it that doesn't impact other extensiomns in that directory. cheers, steve

Hi John, The workaround in the video content doesn't force any recreation, it just loads a different and older extension. Those steps are also disabling other updated extensions from loading so it is too big of a hammer for this problem. regards, steve

Hi, Before going back to Legacy New or disabling the extensions, can I suggest you install the newest major update of Photoshop. Just make sure to uncheck the Remove old versions option.

Hi, Yes, currently you need to save a file from Lr (to Files or Camera Roll) and then import or place it in Photoshop, using the mobile versions. This is the look of the screen that you are talking about, correct? You can install major versions alongside each other, keeping existing and known versions around while checking on the new features and workflows in the next major version. The updates for each in this case are from separate requirements aligning very closely together (new Max release & fixes needed for Catalina with previous version). You can jump up to the new major verion as well, if you want to save space and just have a single application (just be aware that 3rd party plug-ins may not migrate depending on how they are installed).
