The solution is to use only words with letters with no descenders nor ascenders. lol. And yes, the challenge of centering text on a background is one of the reasons that small caps fonts gets used.   The solution is more complicated than it appears, and the current reality is that the "automatic" background setting does not allow enough control. But the other problem is that there is no single setting that works all the time.   Note that the best comparison of the various options is with the text box NOT showing.   And consider the background for a word with only base characters (e.g. "ounce"). It is not as tall as the background for a word with only descenders (e.g. "grape") nor only ascenders (e.g. "this"); but those two are the same size. I found this thread trying to apply a lut to all the clips in a timeline. As I recall when I was only paying little attention, things have been changing. And the help documents do not appear up to date. I'm still on Win10.   To apply an input lut to multiple clips at once, select them in the Project Panel, right-click, Modify -> Color -> Input Lut. I usually associate multicam with a sequence with audio from one camera, audio following the cameras (one track and audio breaks with the video switches), or all audio (3 tracks for 3 cameras, but NO breaks in the audio tracks).   In any event, if audio tracks overlap, only the top track shows its transcript. If you mute the top track, the second track transcript will show. I don't know if this is part of your issue. I experimented with the scaling issues the other day and could not replicate.   Scaling has been an issue in other situations several versions back. Are you setting the "regular" scaling ("Change the size of text, apps, and other items") or the Advanced scaling settings -> Custom Scaling? The advanced/custom scaling is the one that caused issues in the past, and also changes the regular scaling percent. @danegg,   Edits not sticking is reported off and on, and I most often cannot replicate them. For many versions, what I see is that when I make a change and exit edit mode, the original text appears and them changes to the edit.   The "latest" Beta mode changes almost daily. Which Build are you using? I'm currently on Build 56, and there is not a new one this morning.   How are you entering edit mode? (eg. hitting the Enter key?) How are you exiting edit mode? (Esc?)   Does it happen every time? A couple edits worked for me. Replacing a pause can be odd. But it worked just now: I place the cursor at the beginning of the pause indicator, hit Enter to enter edit mode, type a word, and ESC to exit. It removes the pause and keeps the edit.   Stan   ... @RiteshSharma,   The file you demonstrated in the screen recording had zero duration showing in Windows explorer. But I understand that this is happening with other files.   I agree with Kevin's suggestion, as a test, to use File - Import and pick a different file type.   I am also Win10, and I have no problem in PR 25.0.0 dragging a .mov/iphone video from Windows explorer to the timeline area to create a sequence. And i can drag it from explorer to the Project Panel.   Probably unrelated, but when you tried Media Browser, you can see only a single .dng file.
