This will involve mastering the spiral tool, as well as using the pen tool and joining paths. Here is a very crude illustration I made in a few steps using the spiral and pen tools. I changed the colors to show the steps I took. Then ultimately joined the shapes together. There are keyboard shortcuts to change the rate of decay as you drag the spiral tool across your canvas using any combo of alt/ctrl (win) or Control/option on mac.

What if you take the outer edge of the flower petals in black, copy them to a new layer and unite the shape, making sure no stray points are in the center of the shape. You want to make sure just the outer edge of the flower shape is left. Next, try applying brush strokes to fill up the copied shape, group the strokes together, then mask them into your copied shape.

Monika, Thank you for mentioning that both can be used for printing, but I was referring to traditional offset (litho) printing. SVG and PNG are not the formats that logos should be supplied in for traditional inks.

To Monika's point. SVG and PNG are files that are saved for web or screen viewing. When you are looking at a monitor, it displays in red, blue and green light waves, thus RGB mode is necessary. CMYK is based on ink. Therefore, if something needs printed you'll need to supply it in a file format meant for printing, not for screen/web.

As Jacob mentioned, it has to due with dot gain. If needed, you increase the thickness of the white stroke around the star so that it comes out on your print.

I need to batch process PDF several pdf's at the same time to convert to jpeg. When I setup my action to save several pdf's to jpeg, it results in fuzzy text. How can I improve the quality of the resulting jpeg image? Image on left is original PDF, image on right is jpeg result after batch processing several files in Acrobat DC.

Check for stray vectors and if anything is hanging out over the edge of the artboard, try using the Pathfinder tool to manually crop to the artboard.

Try to simplify the stroke to remove unnecessary points. Go to Object menu, Select Path, then Simplify... Or you can use your the delete anchor point tool to accomplish a similar result.

Ok, like Monika mentions in her post, you should use the color panel. I assumed that was what you meant by color picker. go to the Window Menu and select "Color" to bring up the color panel. Here is a pic of what it looks like:

In the screen shot you shared, on the top window pane there is a dropdown menu where it shows 3pt. round. Can you select all of your stroked lines and make sure that dropdown menu says "basic"? Also, have you tried clearing the stroke style and reapplying it to all of your strokes? Are there any duplicate strokes accidentally placed or copied behind others?

Create a new file 180w x 60h pixels. Take your vector logo and proportionally scale it to fill the artboard either by width or height (whichever hits the edge of the artboard first). Next, center it within the artboard. Export is as png. In the png export window, change the background color in the dropdown menu to "transparent".

you could try some free font sites such as https://www.fontsquirrel.com/ or https://www.1001fonts.com/ . You could google free fonts and come up with several websites to download from. Download and throw them into your system fonts folder or add it to a font management software program such as Suitcase.

A work-around would be to flatten the transparency, then scale it, which does proportionally expand the blur. (Although this means you can't change the values of the guassian blur after it is flattened.)

Under the "View" menu, look for "Snap to Pixel" or "Snap to Grid". If you deselect them, then that should fix the issue.

Have you looked at the appearance panel with your eclipse selected to see if a brush stroke has been applied? You could use the appearance panel to "clear appearance" to get it back to a basic stroke.

Have you tried saving your svg file into the same folder hierarchy on the network drive? I believe all files associated with the svg should be within the same folder and not put in a different sub folder location.

I'd recommend drawing or modifying curve on half of the bottle, then duplicate and reflect that shape, finally unite both of the shapes together using pathfinder tool.
