Try contact Adobe through the text chat in the page below. Type in 'real person'. Take care with any emails you may receive that state they are from Adobe and are asking for information. There are scams. https://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html

Are you trying to have the word 'biscuit' with the appearance of the letters appearing as biscuits? If so, you could use Text Effects. You choose the font, size, type the word and then enter the prombt as the fill for the letters. See: https://www.adobe.com/learn/express/web/generative-ai-text-effects-express

I can only guess the answer since I was not in the Adobe decision-making loop (as are most people that contribute to this forum). It may be that Adobe felt these would be suffient, particularly in their early releases of Firefly.
You could always suggest other Content types for Adobe to consider. I have seen other image GenAI tools that have more options so would hope Adobe Firefly functionality will expand.
Adding the content type in the prompt is important for now.

Firefly does not have a History memory function at this time. To ensure you save your Firefly output, besides downloading the images, you can click on the 3 dots in the bottom right of the image, and click Share > Copy link to image (to get a URL to the image with all Firefly settings that you can share with others), or Share > Save to library (to copy the image to your Adobe cloud library).

Hi @digit_0881 As Kartika mentioned, Generative Fill is the closest you'd get to do what you want. This allows you to select part of the image and add something, or remove something. Your selection can be the background, item of clothing or a space next to the character.
Firefly is not good at creating variations of specific content in an image. So if say you have a man in an image and you want to see him in different poses but ensure the person looks exactly the same in each of the new image creations, that will not be possible.

I'd also suggest trying a different browser, just to test if this is a possible cause. You should also ensure your browser(s) are up to date.
