Your link is not working. I assume you are doing a frame-based animation, check your layers visibility icon per frame. Here's a tutorial with sample files on the Adobe site that you might find handy. Create animated GIFs HTH.

A couple of possibilities: A sticky spacebar key. Try tapping it a few times to see if that is the case. Test with a different keyboard if you have a spare. Cursor Preferences. Preferences > Cursors. Change an option and then go back to the way you prefer them to be. Eg Standard to Precise and Back again. Try Mohit's suggestion above. More info here. Preferences in Photoshop HTH

Can your printer handle PDF/x-4 which is the PDF 1.5 ISO specification? This will ensure no flattening occurs. If you have to work with PDF/x1-a, then you can preview how flattening is going to occur by using the Flattener Preview Panel. Go to Window > Output > Flattener Preview. Move the image below the line in the hierarchy. HTH

Oh, one more thing, You'll wan to supply a PDF/X file for printing. If your printer can handle PDF/x-4 choose that option. If not, PDF/x-1a is a safe specification. Good luck

I design at between 10 and 20% with a res of 300dpi. The printer will then interpolate up to the final size. Check with your printer whether they can handle 10 or 20% final size HTH

Illustrator allows for the combinations of multiple color models. So you can do a CMYK / Pantone mix if you wanted. By default the name is grayed out. You have to deliberately choose a color model you would like to use. HTH

I agree with theangietaylor and c.pfaffenbichler. Photoshop is reading a right mouse click. The Bamboo is no longer made. Check that you have the latest drivers for your operating system Take the nib out of the pen and seat it again. Sometimes what happens is the nib gets pushed in too far and starts to give false signals. If it is a pen and touch, disable touch to see if you have the same problem. HTH

That's an indication that the font is missing on your computer. You would need to choose a font that is installed on your machine. In this case the OTF font that you have installed. Does that make sense? HTH

Multiply is going to make the combined pixel values darker. Since the darkest colors are the added layer with the color you chose, you're getting those pixels showing through where the transparent pixels are in the original layer. Solution: Create a mask of the transparent pixels on the added color layer. To do this: Cmd/Ctrl click the layer icon. This will load the layer as a selection. Click on you color layer. Click on the Add Mask icon off the bottom of the Layers panel. HTH

If you are on a Mac, you can use the same process that JETalmage suggests for Windows. You would choose Postscript File from the Printer dropdown list and then open the .ps file in Acrobat which will convert your file to PDF. HTH

If you're using a drawing tablet like a Wacom, this will be determined y how hard you press. If not, this could be the type of brush. Try a standard brush with 100% hardness. Click and Shift+ click in a different location to test. you should get a straight line between the two points HTH

Transparency effects like drop shadows and placed PSD files will result in flattening. This is an important requirement of the PDF 1.3 specification from the ISO. PDF/X-1a (2001) The PDF 1.5 specification allow for no flattening. The export functions tag jpeg files with the sRGB profile? You can get a sense of what how the colors will appear by soft proofing it. Choose View > Proof Setup > Internet Standard (sRGB). So you might viewing the file with your monitor profile, but exporting it with sRGB. HTH
