Hi, If this wrong email id is showing up in Adobe Creative Cloud app, then please follow the below steps and check: MAC : 1- Sign out of Creative Cloud App see, Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps 2- Force Quit all Adobe related processes from Activity Monitor (eg- Creative Cloud, Core sync, CC library, Adobe Desktop Services, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash daemon etc.)see, Use Activity Monitor on your Mac - Apple Support 3- Right click on Finder icon and select "Go-To" Folder option. 4- You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( " Do not miss ~ symbol " ) ~/library ( It will open User Library folder. ) 5- Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe> trash OOBE folder and AAM Updater folder as well 6- Launch Creative Cloud App and sign in WINDOW : 1) Sign out of Creative Cloud App see, Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps 2) Delete following folders : C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\ AAM UPDATER and OOBE both 3- Launch Creative Cloud App and sign in Also see, Adobe ID, sign-in, and account help Let us know if this helps.
