Hi, Launch Task Manager of your machine by pressing with CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and close all the following processes (Creative Cloud, Core sync, CC library, Adobe Desktop Services, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash daemon etc.) If it is a Mac machine then do the same from Activity Monitor ( Go To: Finder > Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor ) and close all the following processes (Creative Cloud, Core sync, CC library, Adobe Desktop Services, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash daemon etc.) After that please refer to the following link : Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps Also, make sure that all the Anti-Virus and Firewalls are turned OFF for the time being.
