the work around that I came up with is to add a point to the text frame or rectangle. Don't know why it works but seems to behave with a 5th point in there.

I tried removing the prefs. Then removing the prefs, restarting my computer and then restaring InDesign. The problem was unchanged. You can see what I mean at this review link: https://assets.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:03132a61-90df-4b18-8b72-e5b5bbeadac2?view=published The pdf of the same document is attached. these are standard rectangles made both the the rectangle tool and the rectangle frame tool. 30 degrees of shear is applied to the bottom set. See how the line changes but the fill does not.

What is even more bizarre... when I look at these documents in assets.adobe.com/links... the thumbnails show the shear correctly.

Just recently when I share for review my box shapes that are sheared boxes lose their shear angles and become square boxes. This only happens in Review. It doesn't happen when I export as a pdf or when I publish online. And this only started this week. We use Review all day every day and sheared boxes are part of our design template - this is a big problem.

I'll add my "it worked for me" to disable the dropbox backups. I turned them back on and it seems to be working still. What a weird little problem. I would have never figured this one out.

What i mean is the way that InDesign uploads a pdf for commenting into published files. It would be helpful if it functioned the same way.

Hi - I ran the update to 26.3.1 and now I cannot get illustrator to open at all. It crashes on launch and will not open.

While you are in there Adobe... it would be very helpful if you added the "I'm done" and deadlines and reminders features that you offer with commenting on a pdf when you upload it.

Please post an update as soon as you have one available. Adobe Review is integral to our process and it's really inconvenient for it to break.

I am having the same problem. The only way my client can see and comment the document is if they are NOT logged in with their Adobe ID. We were using InDesign review since it released with no problems and then we had this issue in the fall and after alot of effort found a work around to making the files set to public rather than private. Now that doesn't even work - seems to have broken again. The only way it sort of works like it used to is to export a pdf, open the pdf and upload it for comment. But the comments don't flow back into the document like it does with review. In our case it is not a firewall situation... we are currently working from home.

I am also having problems with ALL my reviewers not being able to access the review documents. I've tried everything I can think of ... logging in and out, uninstalling and reinstalling, asking my stake holders to log in and out. Nuking my preferences.

My invitees are having problems accessing my InDesign 16.0 review files. They get the message "You have no synced files" or there are no synced files. I have logged out and back into Creative Cloud. My users have logged out and in of their Adobe IDs. Sometimes people see it with a lock symbol. But nothing seems to work for people to be able to use the Adobe Review process like we did last week. I even tried exporting my files and opening them in INDD 15.1.3 to see if the problem was with 16 but same issue.

I am having problems with Review. When people receive my invitations, they are unable to access the link. This is a new problem since I updated to 16.0 and starting this week. The screen shot shows what my invitees see.

I am having problems receiving notifications about comments on my InDesign Review documents. I have all my notifications on in the Creative Cloud App. I have notifications enabled under the Apple Menu. I don't see where else to enable notifications. I even tried sharing it in a slack channel with /adobe-subscribe and the link. No dice.

Hi We use the comments field as a way for others on our team to write captions or identify people in photos. Is there a way that those comments can be copied and pasted or edited by the creator of the collection? The comment by another is grayed out and I can't even copy and paste the text. Are comments a part of the meta data?
