I live in Victoria so as a student, I am pretty sure that the Victorian Government provides Adobe Enterprise Access to all High School students in the state. My friend and I were both logged into Premiere Pro and tried sending an invitation to each other to work on a Team Project. Whenever we open the Team Project tab, it says 'Title, Description and then Collaborators'. I edit the collaborators' tab and type in his Adobe School Email, it works but after I click 'Close' to save it, it loads for a few minutes and then says 'Failed to send invitation to <username>'. I have searched through the forums and done the only apparent solution to this which is to delete one of the files but it makes no difference. I have also contacted my school's IT administrator but we are still getting back to each other. Is there any way to fix this via my client or do I have to ask the administrator? If it is possible, how do I fix this?
Hello! I'm fairly new to the Team Projects workflow and I loved it when using Premiere Pro. Haven't had any major problems with it. However, I encountered some major issues when doing Team Projects between Premiere Pro and After Effects. Here's what I did: I made a Premiere text layer an AE composition using the "replace with AE composition" function (which is how I have been doing it for years). Then in AE made a white block then made it move aroundWent back to Premiere and saw that the AE composition and the white block are now part of the Team Project library. I also noticed that the composition was labeled as "video used 1 time" while the white solid was not being used.Did "remove unused" in Premiere and it removed the white block from the Team Project library even if it was being used in AE. This resulted in deleting the white block in AE effectively destroying the composition that I was using in Premiere. So if I understand it correctly, a Team Project is a shared projec
I am the Administrator on our Enterpise Adobe account and for some reason a few months ago I started getting added automatically to team projects that my users are creating in Premier Pro. They cannot delete me from their projects and I am getting notifications of every change they make. Here is one of messages they get when they try to save:"This project can’t be saved. Are you sure you want to quit?” It’s checking with your account at these moments because your name lights up. Is there a way to stop my account from automatically being added to the team project? I don't need to be in their projects and this just recently started happening. I have not made any changes on the Admin side and cannot find any settings to change it. Any thoughts or ideas?
Hi, I'm trying to send the project to a collaborator like I always do, however Adobe Premiere Pro is not letting me at the moment. "The People Graph Service is currently unavailable. Please close the Edit Collaborators dialogue and try again later." is the error message I am recieving. I'm unable to even attempt to edit collaborators at this moment and Im not sure why. I've restarted PremiereI've restarted my comuterIm connected to the internet and its working.Adobe Cloud is logged in and on line I am the owner of this team project and trying to invite a collaborator Thank you
After a crash yesterday, most our assets are showing up as read-only for one of the two editors (it changes between the editors). Everything works fine is only one person has the project open, but both having it open makes assets apear as read only even though it says "up to date" in the changes column. We have tried clearing the cache, updating to a newer version. We turned the team project into a local and then back to team and nothing has worked.
For the past 24 hours my team project will not sync with creative cloud. This icon is in the lower left hand corner. If I try to close the Team Project I get frozen in this window:If I try to save it as a Premier project I get frozen at this window:The only way to close down is to force quite but how can I be assured that I won't lose all my work? This has been happening many times over the past week.
Premiere Pro team project is s***********.Vomiting, doesn't update, doesn't publish, creates multiple timelines without specific reasons.4 people working on the same project and each of them has different problems...It's not a workstation problem but a big Adobe problem! This "novelty" that Adobe wanted to introduce must be reviewed in all its parts. It's not possible to waste time like this trying every time to understand how to solve a problem, solve it and find yourself the next time with 10 more problems. It's sad!! rather remove it until you are able to provide a product that works given the cost of subscriptions and the non-existent technical support that Adobe provides
Working on a major team project, and experiencing a horror story. I keep getting auto-save error code1606090736. It suddenly stops saving changes and it started all of a sudden a few days ago.I've cleared out caches (i think i've got it all), preferences, even deleted the adobe software from the computer, and reinstalled. I've logged in and out of adobe cloud, signed in and out of my id. The error keeps coming back! I am not sure what else to try. We have a functioning internet at work, and it downloads stuff just fine. Our adobe accounts are fully paid. I'm using the latest premiere pro cc 2018 on the latest mac pro, with the latest mac os. I'm beyond frustrated.help. anyone.
When the Exposure slider is changed in the Sequence Clip submenu of Settings in the Lumetri Color panel, those changes are not saved to a Team Project and the slider reverts to the default setting when the project is closed and reponed. The footage is .mxf file with Sony S-Log3/S-Gamut3.Cine color space/gamut. Premiere version 24.6.1Hardware - Apple Macbook Pro M3 MaxSystem - Sonoma 14.6.1
I work as a film editor. We work in an office—my colleague and I. We want to use "team projects" in Premiere Pro, but it is very problematic and does not work well. When I click the "publish" button, the "update" button does not appear for my colleague, and vice versa, when he does the same, the "update" button also does not appear for me. When we reset Premiere Pro, the "update" button appears, but when I click the "update" button and enter the sequence edited by my colleague, we can edit it together, although it should be set to "view only" mode. What is wrong? We work on the same network, on our NAS drive.
Hello,My two team members and I are trying to edit a video using premiere pro. When one team member presses the publish button it is not showing up on either of the other two. There is nothing on the timeline. The media is the only thing that is being shared. Also, the update button is greyed out without the option to press it. What should I do?
Hi- I have a 2020 iMac 27" 10th generation i7 Intel Core with OS Monterey v12.7.4 and Premiere 24.2.1 installed. The Edit/Convert to Teams Project menu option is greyed out. I updated from the earlier version of 2024 to the current but was no help. And then uninstalled Premiere to re-install the latest version 24.6.2 but the Convert to Team option is still not available. Also the File/New/Create New Team Project option is not listed in the pull down menu. I also created a New Project and browser imported the original project but only the sequences opened in the new project. And Teams conversion was still greyed out. Any ideas as to why I can not convert to a Team Project?thx!
Working in a Team Project and recently invited a new editor to work in the project. He was able to connect successfully and got into the project no problem. The issue began once he Shared Changes for the first time. When I took his changes all of a sudden "MISSING ASSET" media began populating in my project and replacing certain chunks of media (both video and audio) in certain sequences. They weren't any sequences that he made changes to either, seems to be just random ones. Whats strange is they are treated like offline media, but they don't display a filepath and can't be relinked to anything. Also if you look at the Video or Audio usage for the "MISSING ASSET" it will give you the exact media and timecode it is replacing, like it's teasing you or something. I've attached some screenshots to clarify a bit. Wondering if anyone else has experienced something like this. I appreciate any guidance y'all can give! [Moderator note: moved to best forum.]
Premiere Teams projects are incorrectly flagging every single sequence as being edited at once by one of our users. This duplicates every single timeline faster than we can delete the sequences. This happens even when the user is not using the program at all, or has made any changes. I know Adobe is fully aware of this bug from other threads I've read, however has failed to give any meaningful fixes or workarounds for these users. Please help me out–our team needs this for current client work and this is pretty unnaceptable for the price of the subscription.
Heya, Please can you help me understand why I am getting the attached error message and why I cannot Auto Save and Publish my premiere pro project? I’m really panicking as I have 5 hours of work that is unsaved. I do not want to close the project and I need a fix ASAP, I’ve attached some images Thanks,
Earlier this year, I had a contractor on my video team create a Team Project in Premiere for us to work on a big project for the company. Three of us had access to the project, and we were all working in it to complete a few dozen videos. The contractor left last month, and when our IT team closed his seat on the account, we lost access to the Team Project he created that we were working in. Our admin was able to track down and send a zip file of the "synced files, libraries and cloud documents" from his account, but I'm not sure how to use that file to resurrect the project in my accout so the remaining team members can access it again. Does anyone know how to do this?
I have a new team project that I want to invite a collaborator that is also a user holding a license in my team. I paid for the license and he is one of two users in my licensed account. The error message I get is "The People Graph service is currently unavailable. Are any other users having this problem?
Hey Everyone, We encountered a very frustrating problem last week with our company. I have to give a bit of backstory to explain what happened. Also so everyone has the details, we are running off MacBook Pros, M1 and M2 chips.Premiere Pro version is: 24.5.0 (Build 57) One of our team members left our company about 6 weeks ago, and we cancelled his Adobe account as part of our Business Plan with a few accounts under it. We mostly work off of teams projects within premiere so can work on them simultaneously. We realized when we cancelled his account, that the teams projects that we were collaborators on, but he had started had disappeared and we lost complete access to them. Yes, obviously we should have exported these as normal Premiere Pro project files but there were a few projects we didn't even realize he had created since it was so long ago. I was on the phone with Adobe for about 6 hours last week and we could not find a solution and I h
My team is experiencing a consistent issue opening our team projects, they all reach the same step of the opening proccess "processing loaded assets" before the Premiere Pro app freezes/stops responding and has to be forced quit. This is affecting multiple team projects and multiple collaborators. Our team uses MacOS 14.6.1 (23G93) and Premiere Pro v24.5Methods I've tried to solve:- Attempted to open from other computers- Restarted Premiere Pro and Computer- Cleared preferences, media cache and plugin cache- Created a new team project from the latest version (this worked for a day but then it too freezes on opening now)Would appreciate any ideas to further troubleshoot!
I've been trying got use the Team Project feature for the first time in Premiere Pro and I have the latest version of Premiere 24.5.0. When I convert my existing project to a team project and then try to invite a collaborator it says invite invalid, that is after ensuring I've typed it correct and it pops up as an Adobe CC account. Then it says :"Collaboration features are currently not available because you are disconnected from Team Projects. Team Project data will be saved locally on this machine and you can continue working without collaboration features. The Team Project will be automatically synchronized with Team Projects after the connection has been established." Can someone please help?
Hello, I'm working with 3 collaborators in a teams project. When they are doing changes and publish stuff, I cannot see "EDITING" nor "UPDATE".Nothing happens. But when I do publish my changes, they see it instantly. They also see their changes instantly. But it is not working on my side. I have to restart Premiere Pro to update their changes. Any ideas? Working on latest build Premiere Pro 24.4.1 (build2)With Mac Studio M2 128gb Ram OS Somona 14.5
Hi,I have a Premiere team project with files hosted on a NAS.The station is Mac Sonoma 14.5.After correctly importing the media, editing and doing other operation without issues, I have a bug preventing the encode and replace fonction in the timeline. It's returning a transcoding fail error stating the files are not online despite the NAS correctly mapped and the files correctly linked in Premiere.I can do playback of those files, but as soon as I when to do an encode and replace Premiere see them offline for unknown reason. I rebooted the system and re-mapped the NAS folder were the media is. It didnt solved the issue.Any idea ? tdlr : Premiere tells me files are offline when I do a transcode and replace in the timeline, when they are actusally correctly linked and playback perfeclty. Files are hosted on a NAS.
I recently gained a client who is willing to set up their windows desktop version of Adobe Premiere (in the 1TB Cloud account plan) so that I can work on projects remotely on my M1 Max Macbbook. I also have the 1 TB cloud option. On their computer I changed where files and media were saving so that it wasn't moving through their documents folder-which OneDrive kept attempting to sync. Everything now saves to a secondard interntal HDD roughly 1.8TB in capacity. Then it syncs with create cloud storage. I created a Team Project, invited my account on my laptop, accepted the invite and started working to organize media once both synced on the WIndows Desktop. I made sure to click Publish before I quit so that the changes I had made should have been visible to my latop after I closed the app. Unfortunately, every time I click Open Team Project on my laptop, I get a Missing Media error. I'm asked to find a new file path, but I thought it was supposed to sync through Creative
My work partner and I have been using Team Projects for our job, but at the end of June our school Adobe accounts were deleted before we had the time to look into getting a copy of the project downloaded or see if we could transfer ownership. My question is: Are there auto-save files I can find on the clouds I used for the Scratch Disks?
Premiere version 23.2.0 (Build 69)Windows 10 Home, Version 22H2 The Problem:Whenever I create a Auto Caption preset in a Team Project, either by clicking "Save current settings as preset" within the Create captions dialog box, or by importing such a preset into the Team Project project panel, the Team Project refuses to successfully save, and publishing the project fails. Workaround:Deleting the Auto Caption preset from the project bin appears to correct the issue, and the project saves as normal once again. But of course then you don't have access to your Auto Caption preset. Here is the error box that appears shortly after creating/importing the preset:The following error is then logged to Events: This is a very frustrating road block that has caused us a considerable headache and several hours of wasted work before discovering the source of the issue.
