I started the discussion on http://forums.adobe.com/message/4792994 but it is shown as being started by someone else with my comments (showing as Ben Hutchinson instead of me). So now I can't edit my initial post and those assisting are asking me questions  ot which I've posted  answers but they don't realise because it seems the inital question was posted by someone else. It also means I can't edit my post. I used a private, secure computer to post the message from a private residence on a private IP. What's going on here? Can I get my discussion back? I'm really in a rush for some assistance because my folio is due soon and ID is being a pain.Help!

I'm not going to rant and swear like I imagine most people do, that solves nothing. I just have a simple question. Is there no way for Adobe to offer Photoshop CS6 at reasonable prices to the disabled? I tried asking a customer service person in chat but they essentially told me its not their problem. And they noted how wonderful photoshop was as if to rub it in my face. I realize their are amazing artists that use this, who also must have decent amounts of money. But I never went to college nor am I some super master at Photoshop (I use it at my friends). However I am disabled and unable to work. I barley have enough money to survive on. So naturally a program like Photoshop would work great for me so I could work from home mostly editing pictures, correcting pictures and even doing some art. This is the same thing I said the customer services too.As stated I know Adobe wants to make money. But don't you think you would make more if you offered photoshop at a reasonable price for peop

Been a couple of long Forum outages today, at least in Washington State.  Is this server problems, or are they modifying the Forums?

     I can't find an email address in contact or support and I can't find a forum for customer feedback or complaints, so here I am. I am very disappointed in the licensing policy your company has taken. I have a license for Creative Suite 3 Design Standard that I have been using, it only came with Mac install disks. My Mac recently died and I went with PC to save some money and for the flexibility PC allows. I am now finding out that there is no way for me to use my VALID CS3 license with my PC. How is this right? I called a sales representative to ask about license transferring which I saw on your FAQ. Apparently the only way to switch from Mac to PC or vice versa is to buy/upgrade to the latest version CS5.5. According to the sales rep, this is because you guys have no way to get a copy of CS3 or even a serial number for CS3. Who do you think you are kidding? You want us to believe there really is no way for you to let us switch OS's on a product we already have

When I go into a particular discussion group and search for a topic, a list of discussions are displayed, but I don't want to scroll though an exaustive list of every possible topic. I simply want to enter some key words into some sort of "search" field and filter to the topic I need an answer on. Am I missing something? Please let me know.Thanks,Steve

I have requested that all Adobe email notification be stopped. That did not work. I cannot seem to copy  and paste the reply address of any of the unwanted notifications. Please tell me how to stop the notifications.. If I uninstall Adobe will that stop the notifications?

I've got an updated HOSTS file data from http://winhelp2002.mvps.org and have found that Safari 5.1.7 (current version) for Windows emits errors and won't actually allow me to follow ANY links on any adobe.com site (not the forum site, not the main site).  This is not a big deal as I use IE9 for accessing this site in general, but I do occasionally test sites with Safari, and that is what led me to this accidental discovery.Safari's Window - Activity dialog shows this:Note specifically the blocked sites:api.demandbase.comstats.adobe.comsurvey.112.2o7.netWhile it seems to be a pretty egregious programming error to allow the failure of access to a tracking site to block your Safari users from following any of your links, it is not a reasonable workaround to avoid blocking these sites.  I don't want any data from my system going to the tracking software on any of these sites.Adobe, let me put it plainly to you:If you plan to change your web programming so that with these trackin

Adobe has a great deal of tutorials and learning materials on their website. And I can see where people have left comments on them at the bottom of each page. I used to be able to comment, but now it seems I can't. Has something changed? Do pages lockout after some amount of time after the original post? If comments are locked on those threads then why does it say "Sign in to leave a comment"? I am signed it. I've tried different browsers, but nothing seems to work.Request to Adobe: If comments on a page are locked then the page should SAY its locked.If it's just me, then does anyone have any idea on how I can fix it?

.Might just be me, but I find the vertical space of posts, specificially staff or mvp users, to be too small. The first line of a post is directly below the datestamp of the post. This leads to unread text or at a minimum extreme visual confusion when reading replies. I've taken to adding a period and a few returns to every post to move content away from the software text.It would be helpful if there were something like 20-40 pixels of padding before and after the user-input text to separate it from the auto-generated text of the forum software.My aplogies if this has been brought up before..

Tried downloading installer for ADE 2.0 for adobe website. The links seem to be reversed. Windows=Mac and vice versa.

I have a pdf in acrobat 9.0.0 and I wish to make the contents page live/interactive, so that when you hit a line, you go to that page. I would prefer to do this without the indesign file that it was created in. Can anybody help?

Why is the Creative Cloud Android apps screen resolution 1280 x 800 when the Ipad apps is only 1024 x 600. I have an Android tablet and am unable to use it for the Android apps as the screen resolution is 1024 x 600. Can you recommend an Android tablet that works for the CC apps?

I'm rendering/exporting a photo slideshow in Premiere CS6 but I get a black edge on the right and at the bottom as if the photo is skewed out of position. Any idea how to get around this?

I ordered the creative suite 6 design standard on sunday, with student pricing. It said that I had to email them verifiction that I am a student. I have tried emailing the supplied address 5 times over the last 2 days, and keep getting a message back saying that the email couldn't be delivered because the recipients inbox is full: "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly."I can't find an alternative email address to ask for any support. I've asked for help on the chat thing on the website, but they only directed me to the FAQs, which didn't help. I tried calling today, but was on hold for an hour and a half without speaking to a human being before I hung up after realising I was being charged for the call. Is there any other way of verifying that I am a student or getting in contact with Adobe?

We have a user who was running Acrobat 6 and a Fujitzu scanner on Windows XP who prefers the scanner's TWAIN driver.  Whenever a scan is sent from Acrobat via email, the TWAIN driver is no longer accessible within the application and the user must fully exit Acrobat before they are able to use the TWAIN scanner again.  We have upgraded her to Acrobat 8, but the problem persists.  No errors are received, but after the email is sent, the TWAIN driver is no longer an option for the user until Acrobat is closed and then reopened.
