Dears:yesterday I was desperatly looking for an info on how to download an old version of Premiere.I got several emails from a fake "Team Adobe" account.I know its scam cause they got in touch with me via private message, trying to sell expensives versions of Premiere, even though I'm already a costumer, and those versions would never fit my High Sierra. They are still sending me mesages via email, and I can tell, it is not a "protocol comunication".How can I report them?Thank you very much

Would it be possible toA) unlock the thread so we can continue looking for "Support"B) take action against terrible behavior?  An admin or mod can pm me directly if desired.

We are trying to leverage Adobe User Management APIs to add new users and associate Products with them.We found this document in the Adobe Developer Portal. https://adobe-apiplatform.github.io/umapi-documentation/en/ While in this document, the UserActions work fine ((https://adobe-apiplatform.github.io/umapi-documentation/en/api/ActionsCmds.html)). but we are not able to assocaite a product with this newly created user. The Product APIs have been deprecated and we have not been able to find an alternate.  Here are the APIs which are showing as deprecated. https://adobe-apiplatform.github.io/umapi-documentation/en/api/product.html Can we get some help ?  Thanks, jayant

For one reason or the other I don't get a notification. In fact, I never did.Anyone any idea ..?? BTW, no, they are not ending up in a junk folder.  Thanks!

Hi All,   Recently I cheated by one of the Fraud Reseller called Academy <link removed-kglad> They are selling some courses like this <link removed-kglad> Once you buy this they are not delivering anything. They ask us to buy adobe software from them which i seriously doubt they have legitimate key.  They are selling adobe softwares very cheap. Their price is raising lot of questions.<link removed-kglad>   Please refer the screen shot. Their support number is <removed-kglad>.  They are not attending the call only whatsapp.    I sent an email to adobe phising as well.  Hope they will take it up forward.     PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED WITH LOW COST LICENCSE.    Cheers Dhanasekar

hey ,   we are all Unsinn those smartphones and I can't find any app in iOS with which I can read and post nicely on this forum?  is there somebody out there that is also so annoyed of this fact?  is this such a big thing for a software giant like adobe to produce a simple forum for iOS and Android , that they later can sell to other companies and small business ?  the forum is so clumsy ! sorry but maybe take a look at other forums!  it drives me mad that I can't see where or how I can post a question.  why are all the answers to my question only under the bell and not under communication ?  or under the envelope that looks like that is the place where the answers are coming in....    am I the only one that is thinking:   mmmmh they made this just to have fun with us?  thanks    and I hope you improve this channel.

Hello,I would like to delete this post.Regards.https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/we-work-they-thrieve/m-p/11493925

What I find extremely agregious and annoying on this (so called) community forum, is the seemingly entirely arbriartry ability of Admin? (presumably) to lock posts on a whim.  I have been dsicussing a subject which has in no way/shape/form been resolved - despite two answers having been flagged as "solved" (incorrectly), and now the post has been locked - zero notice or reason, just fully locked so no one can reply or post answers any more.  Not only is this entirely counter to the whole concept of a forum - you do not just silence people at a forum, it is also a totally redundant approach when indeed solutions that get flagged as correct are not actually correct.  If you are arbritrality locking posts, I want to remove my contributions and comments on that entire post. Please advise how I do that.

I have requirement to get the list of users who are not logged in last 90 days. I have created ACS commons report and getting the list of users using query. When I am selecting "All Result" option from report page, I am getting "TooManyCallsException" exception. Please find below image for exception

I cant select a subject in the masks or the sky any more. Just stoped working last week. Iv done nothing different & every thing is up to dade. Id hate to have to uninstall then reinstall it. Thats a wicked pain in the ass and I bet ill have to reinstall all my brushs too, ahhhh. Any thoughts?

I created a post in the Illustrator community maybe 15 or 20 minutes ago, and it has not yet shown up. Is this standard, or do I need to try posting again?

Hello,Is anyone able to provide the official documentation for network requirements, ports and protocols for Adobe Experience Manager 6.4.x?  Thank you!

HelloHow to collect data from a website and a mobile application  on Adobe Analytics ?I would like to know if it's possible to collect data from both on the same property. Thanks

Hello, We are using inApp channel using custom js connector to send communication to client's application. The channel is working fine and now we are looking to integrate the existing Adobe Analytics connector to the links we are using in the inApp delivery.  However, when adding the analytics connector to inApp delivery(which is custom built) it couldnt append the parameters like cid, bid, etc to the urls and we are facing "message.delivery" undefined error which tells us that the delivery couldnt retrieve the analytics related personalisation fields for the urls from the backend as it do for the email delivery. The cid, bid values are getting populated if we maually pull the message.delivery fields into the delivery content but not when using a new delivery. Do you have any idea what we are missing here? How to link the delivery template to pull the message.delivery schema attributes by default(as like in email channel)? Thanks,Annie.

I'm trying to change my screen name - says it is already taken... but I can't find any results for that screen name - I'm thinking I have a different adobe account with that screen name... I'd just like to find them in the community so I can verify... if it is I want to reclaim it. But on the other hand I try some other variations that I can't imagine are also taken... and I can't find them either... so?? How can I change my screen name... is that still broken?

I don't if I will even be able to get that post to work but currently I try so many time and always get marked as spam and it start to be really annoying Post : https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/photoshop-2022-won-t-open-at-all/m-p/13188594#M670564

I tried to access this forum with Tor Browser, but I couldn't log in normally. What's the reason? It is normal to use other browsers. I wonder if there is no correct setting? Has anyone ever used Tor Browser to visit this website? Thanks for any hints or tips in advance!

Dear Vassie,   I'm confused because I'm getting answers from Adobe because they think I am you. Vassie is a family name and I have used it at other times. Your questions are not familiar and I did not ask them. Please look into this mixup. Where did you get the name Vassie, I'm curious.   Marcella Rose--Marcella Rose   [Subject renamed for clarity]

Hi, just received this email in my outlook mail boxPretty sure it's a scam and I won't clic on it but I just wanted to ask and if it's a scam to inform others. It's in French (because I am), it's a proposition of a survey where you can get as a reward a 450 euros gift card on amazon. Thanks

I almost successfully updated my password to a generic one that my company uses but it came up with an invalid password for following reasons: - does not contain your name or email addressis not commonly used or a previous password Very strange, have never had this type of problem before.  The format i am using (not the actual password) isnnn$nnn4Nnn so meets most criteria for being a safe password.

Why has my user name changed from Brontosaurus to timf32887620 How do I change it back?

I need to talk to someone about my forum account. When I was having problems with XD my forum account was reduced to posting only and I couldn't edit or delete my comments. Can I have an admin contact me for discussion about this issue? I'm using these products heavily now and I need to be able to edit my comments to provide richer details for support. Thanks.

What doest it mean when the title of my thread is changed with the letter "P" added?
