How do notifications work? When I leave a comment, there's a checkboxI want to receive notifications only when smb replies to my comment (or tags me).But I get them after each new comment in the topic, even though it's not mine.Any chance to fix this?
Hello. I would like to request that my recent post (with attachments of my invoice and screenshot) be deleted as the issue has been resolved. The post is here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-online-discussions/the-monthly-fee-was-deducted-last-week-but-i-cannot-access-my-account-this-month/m-p/13713899Thank you, and apologies for the bother.
Allow the topic starters to change the conversation type while editing the initial post.If during a discussion I find out that smth isn't possible yet, I want to change it from a discussion to a feature request (= move to the Ideas). I can just edit the text, even the title, but not the conversation type! Why?! Should I start a new topic in this case? because I have no other (fast) ways to move it to the Ideas.(you may suggest using the Report button for moderator's help, but it rarely works)
I don't use the Forum a lot so maybe I am repeating errors but I have replied to a number of people who responded to my post regarding old jpegs. None have appeared. In each case I was attached both a jpg file and a screen saver of the error message that the community members asked me to send to them (so they could respond). Is this a date issue as the last reply from a community member was March 13th? Again I tried to reply and send them files but nothing is showing up. Please advise. I need to move my issue forward but am paralyzed by this. Thanks
I get e-mail notifications on my own comments (not all, but it's probably the third time this week) 🙂
Hello,When I click on png or jpg attachment(s) in the Illy forum messages I get this...It does say in the blurb at the bottom "might be temporarily down"Is it just on my end or is anyone else experiencing this?I can see embedded pics ok, just not attached versions...
How do I get in touch with an Adobe Staff Member to delete screenshots and a download from a previous post I made?
If you visit the Adobe Support Community with an expired session it immediately redirects to the Adobe login screen, which can be incredibly frustrating when trying to diagnose an issue a student is having with Creative Cloud. I'll be in the middle of reading a post with troubleshooting steps - only to be whisked away to the login page. I don't use saved passwords or a password manager on enterprise devices. I understand why it does this - it makes sense to want to refresh the session, though I'd prefer it if it did this in a less obstructive way, such as when I go to interact with something that requires my session to be current. Yes, a quick way around it is to use incognito mode, but then I can't go back through my history to find the posts I used to solve the issue. Thanks,Benjamin.
How a user can have no nickname? bug or feature?)

issue solved Is there way to delete post here?
Am I stupid or is Adobe very, very stupid – am I really required to have an account to report a bug in InDesign and then another to report a bug in Illustrator? That is just sooo stupid!!! And soo not user friendly!! And why don't Lightroom users get a VOICE?
I posted information that I was not allowed to post and now need to delete it. I understand that moderators can't purge it from the internet entirely, but I do need the source to go away. I have already contacted Adobe via chat and they directed me here.
I am following two topics in the fora here, eg: But I cannot work out how I managed to set that up. I'd like to add another topic, but I can't find any UI that allows me to do that. What am I missing? - Mark
sarcasm, I'm annoyed
Hi,It's probably not the place to post it, but I have no clue where I could do it. So, since a month, I simply can't access to all help center pages for all softwares. It looks like the CSS doesn't load correctly and it's impossible to see any content. I have the same problem of Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Same problem on my Imac, my MacBook pro, my iPad and my iPhone. So I just wonder why is that. Am I alone?I joined a screen capture to show it. Txs
Accidentally i posted personal data within a post.kindly delete:https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-bugs/komposition-bug/idc-p/13583040#M2352

Most broswers these days include a spell check (and grammar in some cases) for text boxes. The Adobe community forum posts disable this functionality. And for those like me who are spelling challanged, this is a major PITA. Please restore normal browser behavior for the text boxes to post content.
It's safe to say that the majority or users dislike the way Adobe Support Community mitigates for spamming and other issues, by removing the ability for "new" users to edit posts. Great way to kill the platform, since I can tell you, I'll probably never post here again. I'm human, and make mistakes, and that cannot be avoided no matter how new or seasoned I am. New users make mistakes too. With that said.. the least you could do is warn users they will not be able to edit or delete BEFORE they post the message. This way they have a chance to omit the post, or take the time editing it properly first. It's a pretty big surprise afterward, considering close to zero other websites take this weird approach. Also, if you are so worried about new users posts, then just don't let new users post anything at all. That would actually be an improvement from my perspective, instead of going against the natural order of a creative's thought process, and surprising everyone with a per
Hi there! Magento Account shows me an error, that I need to verify my email, but when I can try to verify my email in my Adobe account I see, that my email is already verified. Could you please advise me on please workaround for how I can get access to my shared projects and skip this 'Please verify email account' error?
It seems when Uservoice was converted over to the forums, it moved my account over instead of merging it with my existing account? Is there any way for me to even log into this other account rather than the one I'm currently on? I keep getting notifications for it but can't do anything with the account itself...https://community.adobe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/28080475https://community.adobe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/17764993
Hi,made a mistake within a post (beginning a thread) – until now it was possible to edit a post, wasn't it? Thanks!mycc
Hi there, there is a lot of things that includes several Apps from Adobe. E.g. working with paths. there are different ways to work with in several apps. Uservoice.com is my choice to mention bugs and ideas about possible improvements to solve my headaches. Is there a general site? Kind regards, Patrick
