Using the Community

It seems, there's no moderator there... I asked to move my topic to another section several times (both in the thread itself and with the Report button), but nobody cares, it's still there in the wrong section. Here's another topic (not mine) in the same community, its title should be edited, imho.There's no need to write "feature request", esp. with Caps Lock, since it's already in the Ideas section. 

Why can't I attach files to my replies in the Lightroom Classic Ideas and Bugs subforums, though I can in Discussions? Tested on Mac OS 12.6.1, Chrome 108.0.5359.98 (Official Build) (x86_64), Safari 15.6.1 (17613.3.9.1.16), and Firefox 107.0.1 (64-bit).      

The Bugs and Ideas subforums of Lightroom Classic don't support the threading controls that Discussions allows. This is most unfortunate, since threads in these subforums can involve dozens of people and be very long with concurrent sub-threads. In Discussions, you can set Sort to Earliest or Latest, you can choose Linear or Threaded View, and replies have clickable "In Response To" links:  You can't do any of this in Bugs or Ideas (see screenshots below). Tested on Mac OS 12.6.1, Chrome 108.0.5359.98 (Official Build) (x86_64), Safari 15.6.1 (17613.3.9.1.16), and Firefox 107.0.1 (64-bit).

Profile says "1 post" but there is none....?

every time it says account c0 or ko or something like that followed you on discover and they don't appear in the followers in my profile chick the screen shot i uploded

Today I posted in the Premiere Pro forum, that post shows up in my profile. Yesterday I posted in the Adobe Media Encoder forum, that post does not show up in my profile... Having posts show up in your profile makes finding and editing them or adding to them a whole lot easier.

Is the Launguage said on the Adobe Support community new or was it always there, but I feel it's so much more convienient for those who need answers in a launguage they understand. How do I use the translation tool?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi Community,   We released several feature enhancements & bug fixes today.   Have a look at what we released below:   Feature Enhancements Enhanced the create-post workflow by making it so that a post's subject & body persist even when a user changes the post type. Enhanced the post reply editor by adding an expanded, responsive toolbar to the reply editor. Enhanced the pinned reply feature by adding the ability for employee moderator users to "unpin / pin" pinned replies from other employee moderator users. Updated the install CTA link on the CCD community.   Bug Fixes Fixed a bug where the preview of a pinned reply wasn't being displayed in the feed for featured posts & announcements. Switching between 'discussion' vs 'bug' vs 'idea' loses the the text I'd written in Details HINT: TEST SOFTWARE

The text snippets that users or staff include in support forum eplies, referencing another reply are not formatted clearly in email notifications and it's impossible to read as who commented what. Kindly be more sensitive to designing the email formatting for reading replies. Thanks.

Dears:yesterday I was desperatly looking for an info on how to download an old version of Premiere.I got several emails from a fake "Team Adobe" account.I know its scam cause they got in touch with me via private message, trying to sell expensives versions of Premiere, even though I'm already a costumer, and those versions would never fit my High Sierra.They are still sending me mesages via email, and I can tell, it is not a "protocol comunication".How can I report them?Thank you very much

We are trying to leverage Adobe User Management APIs to add new users and associate Products with them.We found this document in the Adobe Developer Portal. https://adobe-apiplatform.github.io/umapi-documentation/en/ While in this document, the UserActions work fine ((https://adobe-apiplatform.github.io/umapi-documentation/en/api/ActionsCmds.html)). but we are not able to assocaite a product with this newly created user. The Product APIs have been deprecated and we have not been able to find an alternate.  Here are the APIs which are showing as deprecated. https://adobe-apiplatform.github.io/umapi-documentation/en/api/product.html Can we get some help ?  Thanks,jayant

Hi All,   Recently I cheated by one of the Fraud Reseller called Academy <link removed-kglad> They are selling some courses like this <link removed-kglad> Once you buy this they are not delivering anything. They ask us to buy adobe software from them which i seriously doubt they have legitimate key.  They are selling adobe softwares very cheap. Their price is raising lot of questions.<link removed-kglad>   Please refer the screen shot. Their support number is <removed-kglad>.  They are not attending the call only whatsapp.    I sent an email to adobe phising as well.  Hope they will take it up forward.     PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED WITH LOW COST LICENCSE.    Cheers Dhanasekar  

hey ,   we are all Unsinn those smartphones and I can't find any app in iOS with which I can read and post nicely on this forum?  is there somebody out there that is also so annoyed of this fact?  is this such a big thing for a software giant like adobe to produce a simple forum for iOS and Android , that they later can sell to other companies and small business ?  the forum is so clumsy ! sorry but maybe take a look at other forums!  it drives me mad that I can't see where or how I can post a question.  why are all the answers to my question only under the bell and not under communication ?  or under the envelope that looks like that is the place where the answers are coming in....    am I the only one that is thinking:   mmmmh they made this just to have fun with us?  thanks    and I hope you improve this channel.
