Hello Adobe Community, I am looking for assistance with successfully converting and importing a .vtt transcript from Zoom’s website, recorded from a conference call along with video and audio files from the call. The call covers training topics covered by a department of my employer and I edit them for, for lack of a better word, conciseness, for people that weren’t able to participate in the call, then the edited video used to create a Storylines-based module. Currently, I will transcribe the source video in premier pro, then I will make edits to the conference call’s video by removing filler words, long silences, repeated words, and conference call housekeeping mostly from the transcript.I have tried converting the .vtt file to JSON, but it doesn’t seem to work. I want use Zoom’s version of the transcript because it includes speaker names and is bit more accurate than Premier Pro’s own transcription for transcribing words, less common names and acronyms. Hi, I used for a long time InDesign Englsih Hebrew due to the numerous projects in Hebrew and/or Arabic. Today, I installed InDesign 21.2 English International because I need the PDF2InDesign feature that doesn not work on MENA version of InDesign. I finisshed the project and I discovered that I cannot revert to InDesign English Hebrew. I lost of the features for working with Right to Left languages. I opened Creative Cloud, I revert the install language to English Hebrew and I tried opening the InDesign. Still no access to inDesign for Right to left languages. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance. Sebastian

I know many people have been posting about this issue and I want to join the cause. I read in earlier threads that InDesign was causing conflicts with OneDrive and corrupting files. So I tried turning OneDrive off but it MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE. When I’ve been working on my files and then go to save them, I get an error message that INDD can’t save the file because it’s corrupted. THE FILES WERE FINE WHEN I OPENED THEM.What the devil is going on with this program!! None of us can survive if our work product is being ruined by InDesign. This needs to be fixed URGENTLY and PRONTO. How do we repair files that InDesign corrupted ???????????????????

I have a problem with the fact that when I click open project, I get an error window "An error occurred in the afterfx.exe and it will be closed". I have already tried to disable absolutely all plugins, but it did not help, I also tried to change the GPU acceleration, which also did not bring success, please tell me what to do. 

I have multiple product images of the same type of product (earrings) on a fabric background.. Each of the background has a different tone/hue and I would like them to be as close to each other as possible without effecting the product itself too much. Here is an extreme example, most of them are closer to each other. These are just the earring hooks. Any ideas on how to go about this?  

Hi there! I’m looking for a way to have a fillable document that one person can fill out, and that has 5 signatures that multiple people around the office can receive and sign. It seemed like the signature fields were less of a signature and more of just a text box when I tried to make it in the first place. I just want a way that one person can fill out the document, sign it, and then send it to the next person for approval with actual digital signatures being added to the document. Let me know if this is possible for Adobe Acrobat! Thank you!

Hi, I updated to Premiere 2026 and the shapes underneath the Gaussian Blur effect are no longer showing up. Picture attached 

This facility exists on just about all the forum sites I visit, but as far as I can see isn't available on the Adobe Community site (please correct me if I've missed the setting somewhere). I dont mind whether it's a toggle selected by the user or by a browser query, as long as it's there.

Many times, when I type a reply to a forum post (and it takes me 2-3 minutes to complete the reply) I cannot click on the "Post" button because an error has appeared that says "Sorry, unable to complete the action you requested". So it would seem that I have lost all my typing, and the reply never gets sent.Why is this happening and how can I prevent it?

Previously on this forum, it was possible to embed GitHub Gist code via iframe. I am trying to find an easy way to get to a list of all my post/threads/activities.  When I search for it in this forum everyting is old and in google everthing tells me I should find it after clicking my profile picture. What am I missing?

I haven't found any link to contact the webmaster, nor any forum for the website issues, so I thought I'd post this here.The website's menus don't work for me. When I click on them, it does nothing.I've tried with 4 different web browser.Is it just me?

I did something incredibly stupid today. I accidentally made a .lst file open with Notepad... How do I restore the adobeFnt_PseudoFonts.lst file to its default state? Can anyone help me? I want to restore it to the application selection mode, openwith.exe.In the registry editor, I deleted Notepad.exe from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts.lst\OpenWithList. Then I found the UserChoice subkey under FileExts, deleted UserChoice, and then deleted FileExts again. The error code almost caused my computer to blue screen upon restarting. Even after opening adobeFnt_PseudoFonts.lst, it still pointed to Notepad, which was incredibly frustrating.Although I tried many methods, I couldn't completely solve the problem. It even nearly caused a blue screen after restarting, which really scared me and made me very annoyed and upset. It was such a small thing, yet it took me a whole process. My desktop computer is running Windows 10 and has been used for almost 12 years. Since support for it will end this year, I'm being asked to get a new computer running Windows 11.
