Using the Community

Does anyone encounter the same issue?The “create a post” button is shown in all forums but not in the Premiere forum for me. So I can create bug reports and feature requests everywhere but not in Premiere (which I was able to do before, also in the new community after the update)

Hello Adobe Community, I am looking for assistance with successfully converting and importing a .vtt transcript from Zoom’s website, recorded from a conference call along with video and audio files from the call. The call covers training topics covered by a department of my employer and I edit them for, for lack of a better word, conciseness, for people that weren’t able to participate in the call, then the edited video used to create a Storylines-based module. Currently, I will transcribe the source video in premier pro, then I will make edits to the conference call’s video by removing filler words, long silences, repeated words, and conference call housekeeping mostly from the transcript.I have tried converting the .vtt file to JSON, but it doesn’t seem to work. I want use Zoom’s version of the transcript because it includes speaker names and is bit more accurate than Premier Pro’s own transcription for transcribing words, less common names and acronyms. Ever since the update in November last year we have not been able to successfully export any files that contain placed InDesign files to PDF. I placed a post in the community forums last year where multiple other people experienced the same issue but now that post is gone without being addressed so I am posting it here again.Last year the exported PDFs resulted in low resolution images regardless of what export settings were used. Now we aren’t even able to generate a PDF with constant errors.The reason we used placed InDesign files is so that if any changes are made to the original we’ll know because the file will show as modified. I do not want to copy and paste the InDesign file or place a separate file like a PDF or JPG as that doubles our work and doesn’t guarantee us that we will make sure all files are up-to-date. We’re using InDesign 21.2 on a 24 inch M1 Mac - everything was working fine until the latest update and we can’t afford to revert back to the previous versions now.I n

Hi, I used for a long time InDesign Englsih Hebrew due to the numerous projects in Hebrew and/or Arabic. Today, I installed InDesign 21.2 English International because I need the PDF2InDesign feature that doesn not work on MENA version of InDesign. I finisshed the project and I discovered that I cannot revert to InDesign English Hebrew. I lost of the features for working with Right to Left languages. I opened Creative Cloud, I revert the install language to English Hebrew and I tried opening the InDesign. Still no access to inDesign for Right to left languages. I know many people have been posting about this issue and I want to join the cause. I read in earlier threads that InDesign was causing conflicts with OneDrive and corrupting files. So I tried turning OneDrive off but it MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE. When I’ve been working on my files and then go to save them, I get an error message that INDD can’t save the file because it’s corrupted. THE FILES WERE FINE WHEN I OPENED THEM.What the devil is going on with this program!! None of us can survive if our work product is being ruined by InDesign. This needs to be fixed URGENTLY and PRONTO. How do we repair files that InDesign corrupted ???????????????????

I have a problem with the fact that when I click open project, I get an error window "An error occurred in the afterfx.exe and it will be closed". I have already tried to disable absolutely all plugins, but it did not help, I also tried to change the GPU acceleration, which also did not bring success, please tell me what to do.

I have multiple product images of the same type of product (earrings) on a fabric background.. Each of the background has a different tone/hue and I would like them to be as close to each other as possible without effecting the product itself too much. Here is an extreme example, most of them are closer to each other. These are just the earring hooks. Any ideas on how to go about this?

While generating voice from text in Firefly the result is unrecognizable. Speed seems to be excessively high even at normal (1x) speed however slowing down the speed as no impact. 

Hi there! I’m looking for a way to have a fillable document that one person can fill out, and that has 5 signatures that multiple people around the office can receive and sign. It seemed like the signature fields were less of a signature and more of just a text box when I tried to make it in the first place. I just want a way that one person can fill out the document, sign it, and then send it to the next person for approval with actual digital signatures being added to the document. Let me know if this is possible for Adobe Acrobat! Thank you!

I’ve searched for similar solutions and tried a few approaches, but I haven’t been able to fix it yet.Issue description:When loading certain pages on dewolwinkel.nl, images and layout components do not display correctly in some browsers (especially on mobile). The CSS seems to load partially — some styles apply while others don’t — and I see broken image icons or shifted elements where they should be aligned. Hi, I updated to Premiere 2026 and the shapes underneath the Gaussian Blur effect are no longer showing up. Picture attached 

This facility exists on just about all the forum sites I visit, but as far as I can see isn't available on the Adobe Community site (please correct me if I've missed the setting somewhere). I dont mind whether it's a toggle selected by the user or by a browser query, as long as it's there.

Hi, I have a Illustrator file in which a few png icons are in. When I export the Illustrator file to pdf, all png are pixelated. I only have the problem since updating to the new version of Illustrator, the same file exportet fine before updating.  What are possible fixes?
