I would find it very helpful to know the OS and equipment that a member is using, especially when I am trying to troubleshoot a technical problem. For example, I have no idea whether the dreaded red frame issue is exclusive to macs or windows users. That would tell me a lot.
People be aware I think a scam group is out posing as an adobe help+desk they ask for your number and skype address but when clicking on their profile its basically blank.Stupid me gave my skype and when i accepted them they had no idea of the problem i had! so i told them in the nicest way to shove it as they clearly aren't the real deal they blocked me lol when looking them up some people have said when chatting them they are asked for their serial codes etc Be careful !

Not a question, just feedback:Firstly, you have no place to generate a conversation about how your customers feel about your services, specifically your online support chats.Secondly, your support chat is atrocious and inexcusable. There's no place to attach files (even though the reps think there is), the representatives don't read (I had to repeat--in a chat!) and the reps aren't trained well enough to even respond to questions about links they provide. What's worse is, I had to speak to 5 individuals before my problem was resolved. Had to repeat the situation each time and was handled differently by each person. I tried calling first and the chat was supposedly my only option? Will NEVER use again. With this customer service, I probably won't purchase another Adobe product altogether.
I have only been helping here for a month, but as the other contributors are nice people far to polite to complain about people who waste our time, I am going to say this none the less. Please, If you don't actually have a need for an answer do not post here as a decent response to a technical or technique question takes time to prepare and wastes the time of the responders and that prevents us from helping those people with a genuine need to have their issues resolved.Far too many posts are responded to only for the questioner appearingly not to ever go back to check what the answer is and heaven forbid, marking the question as resolved appears to be far too mentally taxing for many of you, but of course its not that its laziness. Contrary to what you may think, responders here are unpaid volunteers unconnected to the Adobe company-we don't even receive free subscriptions to Creative Cloud. Now play fair only ask questions you need answers to and be civilized enough to comeback a

Please tell me this is an error (shown below) and not the new landing page for these fora. It will make it impossible to find anything! I get this in firefox, explorer, and chrome.
I was asked to repost this here:...I got a "Licensing for this product has stopped working" message when I tried opening both Dreamweaver CS4 and Photoshop CS4 after erasing my hard drive, reinstalling OS X 10.10.4 and restoring data. I got a reply to my query from someone called Help_Desk_ who wanted to communicate via Skype. The email address is odd: jive-1227772368-39d36-1swlb2-q49@adobe-v7.hosted.jivesoftware.com - is this a legitimate support person?...I answered not realizing at that moment I was getting into a seriously compromising situation - (I missed the second "_" in the name). I don't think the intent of this individual was malicious, rather I think he was in the reselling business, trolling the forums for potential "customers" - what transpired was that I was directed to Skype, and in the guise of offering help I was offered an upgrade from CS4 to CS6 at a very low cost - that should have made me thank him and back away. I foolishly proceeded - in the end a complete versi
Hi.I recall that a year or so ago, the Forum Website was ungoing changes. I provided feedback because on certain devices, there were not any options under 'Actions' yet there were on other devices. This past week, I began a post. I decided that I wanted to edit and remove something but there is NOT that option at all. There are not any options. Can I have a moderator contact me please.Thanks.
I have had really negative support chat experience lately. When I join a chat, I get transferred a bunch. Of course, that's fine, I understand that, but it would be nice if support actually started helping me in the first five minutes. Then, after that, adobe support only answers about once every five minutes. It's REALLY slow. Even then, after an hour and multiple support chat sessions, the problem still isn't solved or even diagnosed. It's really annoying that Adobe is generally a good company, but the support is REALLY unresponsive. Honestly, I just want to get the products I'm paying for to work properly. Even that's not happening, and I can't get help with it because the support is unresponsive a lot of the time. Seriously guys?
Hi,for multiple reasons (e.g. offline searching - I still got an archive of 2003 InDesign SDK forum messages) I prefer to read forum messages via email rather than via the web UI. Unfortunately every few months the email delivery stalls without any notice. The same mail account is also used for various email lists outside Adobe, so I can rule out my side.Telling from the Web UI I'm still subscribed to the relevant forums - multiple of them, and all suddenly stopped delivery at the same time. Actually a log in in via the Web UI seems to fix the issue for now - I just noticed new mails coming in, but not filling in the gap. And this is not the first time it happened to me.Has anybody observed a similar problem and found a reliable solution?
I updated my e-mail just now, so I wasn't shocked that right after I got an e-mail to verify this change. What I found weird however is that the e-mail was in Russian. I'm from the US so everything should be set in English. I verified it after I translated it but I thought this was weird, and wanted to know if it's something to be concerned about?
Since yesterday, the Lightroom forum doesn't display correctly when set to Latest activity, newest first. The posts are all jumbled, and new posts are not showing on the first page. The other forms I use are OK.
Is there a way to delete a thread that I started? Or to block an individual user from responding directly to me?
Please delete this thread: How do I get new pantone library into Illustrator CC. Can't find Pantone 2032 in any existing Illustrator color books.
Thread is marked Assumed Answered with no replies:how do you let illustrator determine colours
How do I delete a thread that does not display delete under the actions tab?
At present there seems to be no forum for discussing the forums themselves, or the Adobe website. Like many websites, Adobe seems to have moved to an 'arty but illegible' style. For example, at the moment I am typing into this text box, the text shows up as medium grey (or 'gray') on a white background. What's wrong with black on white, or at least a dark colour on a white background?!?And elsewhere on the website are countless other examples, such as light blue text on pale grey. Why have such a hard-to-read website, when your main products are all about creating good designs and enhancing not just look but also functionality? (Aren't they???)
Several weeks ago seemingly routine posts were being moderated before being accepted. That was found to be an issue with the Adobe Forums system and supposedly corrected. Now several weeks later, today the issue has returned in full force (at least with my posts in the Adobe Premiere Elements Forum.) Involved are routine posts with routine content and links which have no problem history.Does anyone have any information on how widespread this problem is and if others are running into this problem which is being automatically resolved after a short time (so far) accompanied by an email notification that the moderators have accepted the post.ATR
Hi, I recently bought a Mac book with a Retina screen and I am unable to zoom in to look at my artwork. I am an adobe creative cloud customer. Is there a fix to this?

AdminLast night I was doing a Adobe Forums search for specific Premiere Elements threads and posts as well as threads posted by certain people. And, I was surprised (concerned) to see some of my more private private messages (including those to Admin) popping up in the search - could be opened and read.If someone else were doing the same search with his or her own Adobe ID and Password, would that person also have access to my private messages in his or her Adobe Forums search? Or would that person's Search findings exclude my private messages and just yield the thread and post findings? Is this a breach in privacy or something else? Please advise.Thank you.ATR
Hi, my profile says new member since Jun 04, 2015As i've been a member for over 6 years, with a few emails still knocking about from 5 years ago, i'm asking someone in adobe to have a look into this, reset my join date to when i actually joined, and return the millions of points that have disappeared. Maybe even give me a reason as to what happened.Thanks.
I want to take an image from my website and upload to my profile page. I have tried to resize the image to 276 x 276 but it resizes to 276 x 207 and will not upload. Can anyone help?
If they are blocked, then my web browser wants to download Adobe ID Provider's login.do file. Why?Thank you in advance.
