Hola, hice sin querer una compra el 17 de agosto y ese mismo dia la cancelé. Ese mismo dia tambien me mandaron una factura de nota de credito de mi reembolso pero aun no recibo el dinero en mi cuenta. Necesito la plata urgentemente, alguien me puede ayudar porfavor!!

Application Acrobat 25.1, widows 10.Bonjour, depuis quelques temps, Acrobat agit comme si je n'avais pas d'abonnement, il s'ouvre sans être connecté, appuyer sur "se connceter" n'a aucun effet, et au bout de quelques secondes il se ferme. Je l'ai déjà réinstallé deux foix en enlevant les fichiers qui trainaient, mais rien n'y pas. Le plus étonnat est que ce souci arrive sur ma tour pc, mais aucun souci sur mon portable Mac (où là il voit ma licence). Que faire ?Merci

Hi, Just a few monts ago i bought a new adobe package for indesign, illustrator and all the other programs. I now have a new laptop but when i try to log into my account i cannot seem to find my appliances. I use the same email, ive tried other ones but i cannot for the life of me find my right account...  Someone have some advice?

I'm unable to purchase creative cloud subscription. I'm entering correct payment details. When I click the submit button, it shows a pop up and asks me to type OTP to confirm payment. After I do that, I get the following errorwww.3dsecure.icicibank.com refused to connect.   Help needed. Thanks in advance  

I subscribed for the free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC in October. Only later did I realise that I actually have to cancel the subscription to not be charged. However, in my account there is no plan listed or any possibility to see / change the payment method. I don't understand what I am being charged for if the plan is not even showing. Please tell me how to cancel my subscription!

HELP!!! I keep getting this message, at the moment only when I open photoshop, no other CC subscriptions apps. I have two identical iMac setups, one at home and one in office. On occassion I have been known to leave my home computer on while I go do something and forget to go back to it and turn it off, so on occassion I would have two Photoshops open at the same time on two different computers, but only actively using one at a time - a bit hard to use two iMacs in two different locations at the same time. Both computers do have the same name. This message has come up the past two day so last night I double checked and home iMac is shutdown so I am definetly not using the software simultaneously, why do I keep getting this message and how do I stop it. Hi thereI have used the free trial and cancelled the subscription on the same day. And i still got charged a week after using the free trial and cancelling my subscription. I am upset about this. Am i able to receive a refund please?

Hello. everytime i try to login on my ipad illustrator via google account, it doesn't fetch my acutal account and ask me subscribe again. can someone please help.

Hola hice uso del periodo gratuito y cancele la suscripción y me llega un cobranza que se debe sabiendo que yo cancele la suscripción hace mucho tiempo y quiero que me quiten esa orden porque es mucho dinero

Frustration has set in. My "Manage account" shows my email address  as primary but I need to change it as I am losing that email address. When I try to change it to the new one, the system tells me the account already has that named address, even though it is a new address and not the one shown as primary.  In trying to talk to support via chat, they tell me that my old email address that I need to change is NOT listed as one that has an account associated with it. If that is the case, why would it be listed as PRIMARY email and the new one I am trying to use, they say I can't use because it is already associated with the account. I've recently received an email from dobe to say my monthly plan for Lightrom & Photoshop will increase by 50%, as follows: "The price of the Photography plan (20GB) annual, billed monthly plan is changing from £9.98/month to £14.99/month (including applicable Tax/VAT) on your next renewal date. To maintain your effective current base rate (excluding any promotions) you can change your subscription to an annual, prepaid plan." Try as I might, though, I simply cannot find a way of changing my payment to an annual basis in order to retain my existing annual cost at its current level. Please can someone help me with this. Before you can change your password you need to know the present one. No help if it was changed without your knowledge. I also found I am shown as being in Dublin when I'm not even in Northern Ireland, and again I'm not able to change it.

Hi everyone,  I haf a student subscription planned to be active until the end of my studentship in June 2026. 2 months ago I was automatically cjanged to creative Cloud Pro and now it is impossible to change it into student version. I tried the support of virtual assistant and had to stay at least 1 hour and half on chat. These virtual assistants say I am obliged to subscribe for an AI assistant for Acrobat plan in addition to my current plan. My proof of studenship was already accepted and I don't know why is so difficult for Adobe support to update my plan based on the studenship proof I provided. I  lose considerable time and patience. Just now I received a mail saying that my studentship status can not be confirmed. I am really not happy about the customer support. Could someone give some advice or help? 

Hey,I'm trying to get all my accounts invoices together. However they only provide the last 3 years.If you want more the Invoice Page say, "Invoice history can only be accessed for the previous 3 years via Account. Please contact Customer Support if you wish to access invoice history prior to this time period."I've looked and don't know where to go to contact.Thank you for the assistance.

For poor creatives these prices are god awful. Also the bundles are crazy and unnecessary. There should be cheaper and better bundles with better customization and prices. Adobe have you heard of starving artist? you mind accommodating them a bit more
