Hello, my subscription was charged by mistake; I didn’t want to renew it, but the money was withdrawn. How is it possible to make a refund?

Hello, I had a problem, I registered with Adobe from my work email, and used it only once to work with Acrobat, but it didn’t work for me and after that I didn’t use it, but this is not the main problem... I lost my email and couldn't cancel my subscription... Could you use my bank statement to track my account and unsubscribe? I would also like to return the money for the subscription since I don’t need it... I apologize for the difficulties this has caused.

I want to protest because you charge me in my credit card three times. One for Adobe acropro subs, two for adobe pdf pack subs Dublin and three for Adobe acropro subs Dublin.Please check it

Hello,I thought that I bought the plan that allows you to cancel any time and pay monthly. Now it says that I have to pay a fee to quit my plan. Last time that I bought the monthly plan I got it right, but now I somehow took the annual plan accidentally. Can you please help me with this?

Hi there,  Just trying to find an adobe employee to discuss this with, have currently recieved a card charge for an adobe stock account and attempting to login in to cancel the subscription/get the invoice for business purposes but it says I don't have any active subscriptions despite being charged.  Chat feature is not working it is not recorded that I have an account - despite recieving a previous confirmation email of the trial start to that email.  Hoping someone can assist.  Thank you

I'm a photographer and I have the Lightroom and photoshop account for my personal work. I also work part time at my church as a grahic designer, they just acquired a full creative cloud account, but since I'm working from home I'll use it from my personal computer. Is it possible to have my photoshop and lightroom on my account and the rest of the programs on the other account? Becasue I will continue to pay for my subscription; and I don't want to sign in and out constantly from one account to the other.Thanks in advance

Hi all, My Adobe Creative Cloud doesn't expire/renew until January 2024 but my Creative Cloud is telling me that "Your plan has expired, start a new plan." Has anyone else had this? I'm based in the UK, in case this is of any relevance. Having check my account, it definitely doesn't expire until next year! Thank you, Alistair.

Hi,If I sign up for the month to month Photoshop subscrition, and I decide to cancel after the two week cancellation period, will I just be billed for the remainder of the month or will I have to pay a fee? I know there's a fee for cancelling the yearly subscription.Thanks for any info,Mel

I have had an annual paid subscription to acrobat export pdf £21.14 since 2017. I cannot see this in my adobe account or in my orders when I log in. My next payment is due in October 2023 and I wish to be able to review or cancel this subscription. Thank you.

A few weeks ago I paid for a subscription for yyphotographer with Ps and Lightroom plans.A couple days ago I get a message that my account has been blocked for fraudulent activity.The payment was from my card, from my account for personal freelance work. I did not commit any illegal actions, which I reported to support.I was told that they will not comment on anything. And I can still buy a subscription from them with a discount. To me it then blocked, what is this nonsense?I have asked several times to understand and each time I get the same answer.My work has stopped and I no longer have any desire to buy anything from this company. I will tell all my friends freelancers about it.

I need to know how come I pay almost 900EGP every month while most of the people I know pay between 120EGP and 300EGP per month only by changing the country if that's okay then why am paying while I can change the country and pay like everyone else !!!!!!!

Good day! I've purchased two ASUS monitors, both of which came with 3-month free "All apps" plan. Question is - can I redeem both of those and get a total of 6 free months before switching to paid plan?

Could someone confirm if this is correct please. My employer has a business copy of Creative Cloud and we can all login ok and use whatever we need.However the Substance Texturing suite is used by many of us too but because its not included in the Creative Cloud or available as a business deal we've had to buy individual copies for each person .. so each with their own unique Adobe account and login. So the issue is .. we have to login with our business/group Adobe account to use the Create Cloud, then log out and log in with our individual Adobe accounts to use Substance? Is that right? So we can't have Photoshop and Substance running at the same time?

I want to change my plan from photography (20 GB) to Lightroom (1TB) but the only option I have when I go to"handle my plan" in to cancel it. The option change is not there. How do I change my plan?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hallo ihr Lieben, ich bitte um eure Hilfe. Ich habe bis vor kurzem noch ein Abo über meine alte Berufsschule gehabt und plötzlich wurde mir dieses Fenster angezeigt. Ich habe mir dann über meinen privaten Account für 1 Jahr die Creative Cloud gekauft und nun wird mir das immer noch angezeigt und ich kann die Programme nicht öffnen. Ich habe auch schon alles deinstalliert und wieder installiert. Ich weiß nicht, was ich noch machen kann.
