Hello (Adobe), I received a purchase amounting to 86.17SR on my card ending with the following number 8964. I am not the one who subscribed. Can you get the money back?

dear Adobe,I'm an independent artist and I have periods of low income, but every time I cancel there is fee which equals a few months of payment.It's crazy, why are you punishing the loyal costumer? You think cancellation fee is good marketing in the long run? All you have is your Brand Adobe, and if you take a look around the world and see what people think of you. Adobe, Apple, H&M, Chanel, McDonalds, you are up there with the giants! You have an amazing opportunity to become a legend but you don't listen to your customers. I pay 120 SEK/a month for AdobeAnd you want 450 SEK for cancellation? jeez Adobe. I want to make a refund from April 2023 until September 2023 because I wasn't using the product and plan at all and couldn't figure out from which Adobe account I am charged until today, is it possible?

Creative Cloud All Apps license - 1 no. was purchased on 29th Aug '23 and till now the license is not issued (Case # ADB-30738032-C9V0). Every day i message Adobe chat and they will check my case history and says the issue has been escalated to the technical team and will get back to you. But till today 20th of Sep the issue is not resolved and even today i contacted the support team and received the same reply.Apart from this they have deducted thrice in my credit card for 1 license purchase and no refund is also done from them. No license issued till today and no refund has been processed. Very pathetic customer and technical support.

Cependant j'ai toujours tes prélèvements sur mon compte. alors que j'ai payer leurs sois disant frais de résiliation. This company is a joke!! I signed up YEARS AGO and canceled YEARS AGO for years I have been fighting with paypal to cancel this subscription. It continues to charge me monthlyamd every year charges me around $150-$200!! I have canceled multiple times and it keeps renewing itself and taking my money. When I try to contact the seller of course undeliverable. What a scam, NEVER USE! I have no active subscription and it still changes every month with no use of their product. Have taken more than $2000 from me the c**ts

I was paying for Premiere Pro for several months until I found out I could get all Adobe programs free through my university. I tried canceling my subscription but it would've charged me 80 or so dollars so instead, I tried signing up for the free Adobe through my school and it worked. I was not able to view my subscription and I assumed it canceled it. But, I saw a few days ago I was charged for Premiere Pro. Whenever I tried looking for help, it just told me to contact my schools IT department. So I did but they basically told me to contact Adobe. Since I'm still on my school account I am unable to get in contact with Adobes help desk so I am here asking if anyone had this problem before or if anyone has an idea for me to cancel my subscription. 

que tengan un plan de pago unico, del programa premiere pro y si sale una nueva version. que lo volvamos a pagar pero por menos de lo que pagamos el precio de pago unico. 

Please please someone tell me how to cancel this subscription. I have been trying since before 7 days was up. It's not listed in my Purchases and Subscriptions like everything else and can't locate in app itself. All I get is must update payment method before I can change. Not updating my CC so this plan can try to charge me a huge cancel fee since I tried before 7 days was up and they make it so hard to cancel. Never will use this again for personal use. Any help on how to cancel will be appreciated so I stop getting notifications on my cash app about it not going through. I had to transfer all money out because I was not paying for this app that wouldn't let me cancel. Big well known app never dreamed was like a scam.

Last month I cancelled my plan because I simply didn't want to keep paying for it because I wasn't using any of the apps. The cancellation went through and I see a random charge on my bank account from Adobe, I go check my adobe account and I see I'M SUBSCRIBED TO A PLAN? Not only this but the plan is even more expensive. I want a refund and to get out of this subscription which I CANCELLED.

I cancelled my free subscription and it still took money from my card. Why is that and how do I get my money back.

First i active Photography 20gb plan , later i active all app plan, but they are change me 2 plan price . photography plan app includes or same in all app plan .how i resolve this problem . i need only one plan called. Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB this plan . i need to remove photography plan

So I started using Photoshop for not more than 2 hours before canceling my trial membership. A few weeks later, checked my bank activity and to my surprise, I was charged £10.10 for using adobe ... please cancel my free trial - I want a refund.

After many years of subsciptions, it appears that this month, Adobe has changed the expiry date of my credit card to the old date (it's now three years out of date!) so the payment has bounced.  Has anyone else experienced this problem over the past few days? Sounds a bit "unusual" to me! Cheers. 

Elementary educator who signed up for a free rial because I was under the impression I could cancel at any time. However, I did not read the tiny fine print that you apparently have to click through and I am unhappy that I was stuck paying a cancellation fee for a serviced I used unsuccessfully one time. I have tried chatting multiple times not and no one responds.

Hello. I need some help here. Back when I was doing my post-grad, my old university gave me access to the full Adobe EDU Suite. I would login through my personal account (e-mail) and then Adobe would ask me if I wanted to use my Personal access or my University access. I had a Portfolio made using the University Suite and knew I would soon lose access to the Suite. What I didn't know was that, even though my University access used all my Personal Account information, I would lose access to the site I made. I just enroled Adoba In Design and Adoba AcrobatPro seperately. And I will pay for AcrobatPro TRL 127,20 and for In Design TRL 134,40. It is available to enroll for two (In Design+AcrobatPro) one price(In Design + AcrobatPro).
