My account shows that the app is not working due to non paid bills. There are no visible open invoices in my account, but last three months my credit card was charged monthly fee despite the app is not working.

Hello, i bought a licence of CC in error, because a thought, that it was free trial version. And i am student, so can i switch my licecnce to student ? Because a dont need CC anymore and i wanted to delete it for less money, i already payed lot of money for nothing. This is cheper way to delete it.

Hey, I recently got (Student) Creative Cloud Plan and my free trial already ended (but it is not 14 days from purchase) and I was wondering, if I wanted to cancel plan now, will I get my money back automatically or no (so I need to do something)?Thanks for help!

I recently signed up for the seven day trial for Acrobat reader. But I accidently typed a wrong e-mail address. How can I cancel that before they take the payment from my credit card

Hello, please cancel Adobe free of charge, because Adobe Stock -10assets a month/29,99EUR the account was created by mistake and we do not use this service at all. We have many accounts open with you. Thank you very much for the positive handling.

Hi, I'm a university student and one of the lecturers recently told me that I can change my current regular Adobe Animate plan to cheap and full Adobe Creative Cloud all apps plan. (Here I mean that sale offer for plan for $19.99, which might soon expire).I tried doing it, but when entering the plan changing tab it didn't show me such option. The university teacher however reassured me, that it is possible to update my plan, and I've seen some people do it and post about it here, on forum. I can't however understand how to do it and upon trying to chat with support agent the link doesn't work (on multiple browsers, and two different devices). Can anyone please tell me if this even is possible? What do I need to do? Maybe Cancelling the current Adobe Animate plan and then manually buying this recent $19.99 offer will work in the same way? Any help or information about what I could do will be priceless for me!

Dear Adobe Team,I canceled my monthly subscription to this account in September 2022. I just realized that Adobe is still charging the monthly amount of 11.90 CHF from my bank account. In my account there's no active subscription to be found so I wonder why that is and would like to request a refund. Could you please check that and let me know how we shall proceed? Thank you!

Hola necesito ayuda. Estaba con la version de prueba al momento de terminada se me hizo el cobro en la tarjeta, apenas me di cuenta me meti en la pagina y quite la suscripción y segui los pasos. Me aparecio un mensaje que debia esperar 5 días habiles para la devolución completa. Pasaron 7 días y no me devolvieron nada. Entre a la pagina y me aparece como si nunca hubiese cancelado la suscripción...

Why can't I just delete old and expired payment information from my Adobe Account. It seems shady. Anybody know how I can do that?
