Gibt es für so Kleinunternehmungen für mich Sonderangebote oder Möglichkeiten das Abo günstiger zu bekomen? An wenn köntne man sich wenden? Sonst müsste ich leider zu Affinity und Co wechseln....

Hey, I hope there is someone to reply to me.  As I have a business account on Adobe, and I am certain of it because I have been using it for a year under my school and work. I might have accidentally pressed Personal account once login again, and now I can't change it back, I've tried sign in and out but it doesn't work.  I even tried to find automatic profile selection, but it's not there, I've tried so many steps to change It back. Is there any solution? Or my administration could personally help me change back to business/company account?

I have a question about canceling Annual, billed monthly subscription purchased on sale First year price. First year price $45.97 (Regular price $91.99). If I cancel in two months, how do you calculate an early termination fee? Is it calculated based on $45.97 or $91.99?

I use my Adobe account on two computers, but sometimes I log out of one of the two computers and log in at home. After three or four logins, I get a message saying "your password may have been stolen." Why?

I've been a subscriber since 2021. Suddenly this past August, Adobe started charging me sales tax for KENNEWICK WA. I noticed this in December. I live in OREGON, and my billing info has always been OREGON. A state where there is no sales tax. In Nov I asked it to be refunded and asked why my address was set to Kennewick WA(no ansswer). Saw a bill come through today, which again, shows 8.8% sales tax. I've spent hours with adobe CS and they keep asking me to submit an exemption certificate. And also are telling me that perhaps the SAAS laws changed in OR(they haven't).  I've spent hours dealing with this issue and adobe is trying to tell me that all oregon residents deal with this? I don't think so. They made me fill out an exemption certificate and also asked me to email my ID. Not even a secure link. WHY?!?!?!? This is shady AF

Bonjour,Un mois avant le prélevelement, j'ai bien reçu un mail me demandant de vérifier mon status d'enseignante sur SheerID.J'ai fait la certification et j'ai bien validé avec le support SheerID que j'étais bien "approved".Quand je retourne sur mon compte en cliquant sur le lien "vérifier votre statut" sheerID me dit bien "certifié"Mais Adobe m'a prélévé le montant d'un abonnement de 913 euros..Je voudrais annuler et me faire rembourser car cela fait cher pour moi.Merci si quelqu'un peut m'aider.   

My Creative Cloud Pro plan is about to expire and I no longer want to continue using it, but I do want to keep using Lightroom on my iPhone. An Adobe chat agent just told me that I cannot cancel Creative Cloud Pro without losing access to all my photos in Lightroom (imo, it seemed he was just keen on selling me a different plan and was not invested in my concern). I've used Lightroom for years free of charge before I signed up for Creative Cloud Pro. Is there a way to revert to the free Lightroom version before canceling Creative Cloud Pro? Or is that agent wrong to begin with?

Hello Adobe Support, I have just sent a formal notice of default via email regarding double billing on my Adobe subscriptions. But all mailadresses bounce and its simply impossible to find one that works (intensly frustrating and unfriendly customer experiance because of this)  Since November 4, 2023, my existing Lightroom subscription ran in parallel with my new Photoshop subscription, even though Lightroom is explicitly included with Photoshop. As a result, I have overpaid €353.76. I urgently request: Immediate consolidation of my subscriptions into a single package with Lightroom + Photoshop,Waiver of any cancellation fees,Confirmation that the overpaid amount will be reimbursed and that appropriate compensation will be applied.  My email with the formal notice contains all the details, including my bank account information for the refund. Hello, I would like to ask for assistance with my Creative Cloud annual plan. Yesterday, the day before renewal, I wanted to cancel my subscription, as described in the renewal email (“If you cancel before the renewal date, no fee will be charged”). However, the system showed me an early termination fee, so I was unable to cancel on time. Today, the payment for the renewal did not go through on my bank account, but the system still treats the plan as renewed and continues to show a fee for cancellation. I kindly request help with cancelling this renewed term without a penalty, as I was not able to cancel before the renewal date despite trying to do so.

The problem is that I accidentally activated 2 plans and I didn't know about it. I was only using one and the second one was charged to me, which I can't afford to pay. I didn't know about the second plan and I never used it.

I was charged in the day 7 of the free trial. I just canceles but how can I recover my money? I don't need this app. Please help me
