Acrobat Reader

Hello:I am trying to leave coments on orders that are sent by PDF through Adobe Reader. There is a text formating window covering part of the document that I cannot seem to hide or get rid of. How to I close this window? It is covering the order number. Priviously, it allowed me to toggle it on and off. Now it is always there.ThanksBen  

Hi, ive been triying too acces my documents saved on the cloud through https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ as i usually do, but the documents tab is completely blank. I still have acces to my documents in the desktop and mobile app, but id like to see them in the browser. Ive already tried to: - Deleted the browser cookies, and cache- Sign in and out- Log in with another computer- Log in with another browser

Buenas, desde la ultima actualización, cada certificado que instalo al querer firmar desde adobe no me sale, sin embargo en otras aplicaciones como AutoFirma me salen sin problemas o desde el navegador tambien me sale sin problema ninguno, pero en adobe no me salen dichas firmas. Las anteriores si me salen correctamente.

We current use Acrobat Reader DC (continuous) 22.002.20212, but it needs updating.Someone has setup updates via a deployment package in SCCM which gets thrid-party update from catalogs in https://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/ReaderCatalog-DC.cabBut it is not picking up any newer DC updates.Referenced this cab file and it does not list any newer files for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it only lists newer non-DC ReaderAdobe Acrobat Reader DC 22.002.20212 thenAdobe Acrobat Reader 22.003.20258Adobe Acrobat Reader 22.003.20263Which is probably why it is not picking up any newer updates.Searched through downloads and there seems to be an update Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 22.003.20258 version from"https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousoct2022.html#dccontinuousocttwentytwentytwo"file name is AcroRdrDCUpd2200320258.msp which sounds promising, but after installing on a machine in help 'About' the installed app now shows as'Adobe Acrobat Reader

I’m trying to use Adobe Reader for reading, highlighting/annotating PDFs. Is there a way to change the reading where the reader/audio starts in the middle of the page, can increase the speed, instead of always reading at the very top of the page at a particular pace?  

After upgrading to MacOS 12.6, my copy of Adobe Reader would not run.  So I deleted it from Applications & emptied the Bin, and downloaded a fresh install AcrRdrDC_220320281_MUI.The new install now fails with the "Found a Higher Version in this location" message.As suggested on several posts, I have tried running AcroCleaner, which has no effect - it quits saying 'The selected product is not found on this machine'.Any clues gratefully received, please!

Microsoft AIP protected documetn cannot ipen using adobe PDF reader from several days ago

Hi, I wish to print a 5 page PDF as a booklet. The PDF is A4, my printer is loaded with A3 paper and I want to print the document onto the A3 paper so that the pages, when everything is folded, form a booklet with each page of the booklet being A4. Sorry to labour the description!What is happening is that the document prints in the right orientation, but the fourth page is blank. I have successfully managed to print a different document with 15 sides of A4 in exactly the same way! Of course tried copying the print options exactly, but the 5 pager does not do the business!Any ideas?I attach images of my print options: I have tried 2-sided printing = On but no difference.It is an Epson WF7830 printer with A3 and A4 trays.Many thanksAli Wood

Hi there, I am trying to print multiple pages in a PDF to a single sheet of paper while also scaling the pages down by 43%. Acrobat will only allow me to do one but not the other. I know how to custom scale documents and I know how to print multiple pages to a singular sheet, but I can't figure out how to implement both. I am on a Macbook and I am printing to a Ricoh printer.  Any help is appreciated. I am pretty well versed in InDesign as well if it comes down to that but it will be very tedious and I'm trying to avoid that.  Thank you!

My new Macbook Air had to be wiped clean and reinstalled from a backup. But now, Adobe won't work.I tried deleting and reinstalling it and it says the Installer had an unexpected error. I thought it was a Mac issue but I created a test account and the same thing happened there. So, is it an Adobe issue?It doesn't really give me an "installer". Just this:

Some Characters may not display or print correctlyerror is coming when previewing the PDF.Note that the PDF is converted from Base 64 to PDF out of an xml.(Although the PDF can be viewed in browser correctly, but when using the Adobe Acrobat reader version 2022.001.20117 having the issue)I have seen multiple threads with similar issue but none of them were helpful.Please let us know if this is Adobe issue or the file content issue? Is there something missing which browser can identify and correct it but Adobe cannot?

Hallo zusammen,ich konnte in der Vergangenheit immer einen randlosen Druck bei mehreren Seiten auf einer durchführen (siehe Foto 1).   Seit kurzem wird mir die Funktion nicht mehr angezeigt und ich könnte die Dateien nur mit einem dicken Rand drucken (siehe Foto 2).   Ich habe nichts geändert. Auch eine Neuinstallation des Programms hat nicht geholfen. Die Funktion "randloser Druck" wird nicht mehr angezeigt. Bei meinem Mann auf dem PC wird sogar ohne Auswahl "randloser Druck" bereits der Druck ohne Rand (siehe Foto 1) angezeigt.  Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.Viele GrüßeMartina  

Hi,it seems, that I have a small problem with the current patch to version 22.003.20258.A short overview of our environment:We are currently running Windows 10 21H2 (including all patches from october 2022) x64 bit and running an Adobe Reader DC 22.002.20191 32 bit MUI.When we install the patch AcroRdrDCUpd2200320258_MUI.msp we get an fatal error and are not able to update.Even if we run the update interactive, it comes up with the following error:Error 2254.Database: Transform: Cannot update row that does not exist. Table: Shortcut.What can we do, to fix this error?We already uninstalled and installed the product and tried to repair the product prior patching.

Our company is being merged with another who only use webmail (0365) and we are currently getting our end users to stop using the Outlook client. Had an end user submit this ticket recently:"When using adobe for forms to send clients normally I hit the mail button and it automatically brings up a new email with the subject of the form and it attached instead of having to save to desktop and email it over then delete after but with using outlook web it isn't linked. Is there a way to link these 2."Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    I'm helping a friend get through some FEMA paperwork for his insurance adjustment job and we're running into an issue signing a form from FEMA. If you look at the FEMA link below, it will let you download a PDF and at the bottom, there is a signature block. The problem is we have tried every way we can think of to sign it to no avail. I even tried to sign it with my military ID to see if it would require something like this and nothing. We messed with the signature tools and lots of other stuff. Nothing. I need the following box unchecked in Preferences:  Security (Enhanced) >> Enable Protected Mode at startup.  With this unchecked, everything is fine.  When the application automatically updates, it checks this box back on.  This causes an error with my application.  Is there a way to prevent the box from always being turned back on with a new update?  This is the 2022 version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows Server 2019.  Thank you

Was working finenow I can not print PDFs from my Mac computer or I phone 14 Pro  Suggestions? using Adobe Reader 

I just upgraded to Windows 11 home. I can no long use the Fill part of the Fill  & Sign edit? I see the type text here and notice that white marks appear when I type but I no longer have an option for Font color? What am I missing? Any help is appreciated.

I am using Adobe Reader. I work with the Navy approving Privileged Agreement and Acknowledgement (PAA) and System Authorization Access Request - Navy (SAAR-N) forms. The forms are received in protect mode. I have to select the "Enable All Features" button to validate the signatures. When I select the EAF, I am able to edit the document. This does not happen with all documents. I am sure someone else has had this issue before. What is the fix? This issue causes a work stoppage because I cannot process the document if it's editable.  Please help Thank you
