Acrobat Reader

Hello Team, Need some help here,.Device has adobe acrobat reader installed  We are trying to push Adobe Acrobat DC from Intune, but it is getting failed with error code 1603 any idea or thoughts how to make it installed

I'm trying not to get too frustrated about this but, several times now I'll be highlighting a doc and hit to save and get:  I've closed the app, restarted it, checked for updates, downloaded the file several times thinking it was that and still get this error. This isn't the first time it's happened and it's really so annoying and, lately, Acrobat has been lagging tremendously when I'm highlighting and scrolling. I'm using the 2020 Macbook Pro on the Ventura 13.0 macOS.  Using this version of Acrobat Reader:  Any idea on what to do?  Thanks!

QUESTION: Dear Adobe Engineers:I was prompted the other day to update Adobe Reader to address a security issue, which I always do when prompted. It would not update. It was suggested (by Adobe) to uninstall and try reinstalling. Instead of reinstalling, it kept stalling, always at 90%.  I did use your cleaning tool, 'AdbeARCleaner,' emptied the trash, restarted, numerous times- noting. Now I cannot open PDF files. I once had a legacy version of Acrobat (5, I believe), but I deleted the folders which were empty anyway. I've deleted everything saying Adobe from the registry. Still nothing.  I am utterly stuck. Dear Community,we have used Adobe Acrobat Reader in our Server (Windows Server 2019 Standard) for years. Since 1 week, Adobe Acrobat Reader updates automatically to Adobe Acrobat Pro and wants a password / licence (that we do not have). Uninstalling / installing does not help - Reader updates itself, even when we disable the updates. Does anyone have solution?Thank You for Your reply in advance. 

I am using VMware Horizon VDI desktop (window 10) and try to setup registry for the Rendering option, anyone know what can be done.  I had pushed the registry key with VMware Dynamic Environment Manager when user login[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\Originals]"bAntialiasGraphics"=dword:00000001"bAntialiasImages"=dword:00000001"bAntialiasText"=dword:00000001"iAntialiasThreshold"=dword:00000012"benableDDR"=dword:00000001 But If the Adobe Reader DC is launched, the registry keys changed immediately too.  I try to enable the Preferences > Page Display > Rendering > For laptop/LCD screens >Smooth Line artSmooth ImagesEnhance thin linesUse page cache Anyone know how to set the registry keys so that the setting can be pushed and applied everytime when user login to a non-persistent desktop. I have an acrobat file regarding my work by i cant be attached when i am sending through email. Any soloution?

Selecting text in pdf attachment no longer works,on windows 10 x64 and Outlook 2019.So I can no longer select and copy text from the pdf attachment in preview.We have installed Adobe Reader, Version:2020.5.30418.This problem exists as well  in Adobe Acrobat Pro/Std 2020 (Classic Release), please check this. if I install pdf24 and use the preview, it works there select and copy text.

Нажимаю на эту кнопку, открывается страница в браузере, где написано "Оформить" и "Попробовать бесплатно". нажимаю на "Попробовать бесплатно", появляются приложения, которые предлагается установить.. выбираю Adobe. и все снова повторяется по кругу. Что делать?

Hi fellow users, I've noticed an anomaly with the degrees measuring function where if I string a horizontal dimension with Ortho On, I get a degree reading of 0. However, if I string a similar horizontal dimension with Ortho Off, I get a degree reading of 90. My queston is, why isn't 0º consistent as horizontal in both modes?cheersHarry

Hi! Thanks for the add.Using MS Excel, I've created a macro to generate customer invoices, print them to PDF, and attach to Emails. It works fine for me an another user. However, when a third user runs the macro, the resulting PDFs get an error if you try to open them. (see below)  We're all using the same Excel file, and there are no network read/write issues. The PDFs are created, they just cannot be opened, even by the user whe created them. We're all on Office 365, but since we're remote, we all have differnet network connectivity. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  

Hallo,Habe mir den Acrobat Reader neu heruntergeladen was nur komisch ist das wenn ich ein Dokument schließen möchte und mit der Maus zum X oben rechts gehe das Bild etwas nach oben springt und man so nicht mehr an das X kommt. DEas Originale liegt dann dahinter.Weiß da vielleicht jemand was das sein kann ?Passiert nur bei diesem Programm.Mit freundlichen GrüßenFrank

Hello. I recently finished an illustrated storybook, made it in LibreOffice and exported it as a PDF. Then I opened it with Adobe Acrobat Reader, but I was wondering if it´s legal to do this, because I don´t know if Adobe Acrobat Reader can be used for commercial purposes, because I´m going to send this PDF of my book to a publisher for publication, which it would be a commercial purpose. I would appreciate if someone could clarify this for me. Thank you!

Hi im runninng adobe acrobat reader in a virtual enviorment with roaming profiles. In the prefrences section each user seems to have different setting configured which sometimes causes some blurriness on files. Is there a way to force all users to have the same prefrences setting? The setting im mainly concerned about are the rendering setting under page display. It seems like theres a appdata file maybe somehwere that im not finding that has this infomration in it so i can push the same settings to all users.

When I view a pdf in 2 page view (not scrolling) in full screen mode there's a dotted line separating each of the pages. Is there any way to view in full screen mode without the dotted line? It's easy to do in reader mode, but I can't seem to do it in full screen mode.

My reader isn't opening, requires admin; pdf icons don't do anything; no email opening capability?  Un-installed & re-installed, repaired install, & did another manual update....still doesn't work.  Microsoft Windows 10 (64); should i used app from microsoft? I usually don't have troubel with Adobe stand alone??? help?

I did the trial for Adobe cloud so i could scan on my phone and transfer to my laptop to access the scanned PDFs. However, I canceled the account on my phone but on my laptop's adobe account it remained active and charged my bank. I've been messaging and trying to use the customer service on Adobe but all could not refund nor cancel. I finally founda  service number and said they can't refund me but can cancel it in march? so no charges until march, but all the payments I have made are forever gone and unable to be reimbursed. 

I just loaded free Adobe reader to use Identrust cert to sign doc.  Identrust directions say go to "tools" on upper left of Adobe screen and sellect certificates.  Well, there is no "tools" on the upper left of my screen.  IF I go to "use certificate", all the commands are in grey and cannot be selected.  Identrust was stumped, said they had never seen an Adobe screen like mine.  Mine has Menu, home and form on the upper left.  Anyone kow how to access certifications for signing?  Last thing, when I click in the active sign block, nothing happensexcept it changes colors.  I did check that the certification was accessable and it is good to go.ThankMark

For dyslexic readers the default font used in most academic articles (times new roman) is perhaps the most difficult font for reading.  It would be a huge boon for dylexic readers if they were able to diplay the article in a different font - even if it messes up the spacing / formatting of the document.   Please consider adding this as a feature.  Thank you.

Why does the Adobe Reader version 2022.003.20281 not search Adobe Stickies features of added notes and text in PDFs? Search function should include search of text on "AdobeStickies" inside PDF form data fields / boxes that were too small to display all of the data entry required for those fields/boxes but it doesn't work even on one 2 page PDF let alone when 34 multiple page PDFs are opened together as one PDF for quick reference later. Search function in the Max & PC versions should also search text in Adobe notes attached to those same PDFs.

Wenn ich ein PDF unterschreiben will bietet der Reader mir immer eine Auswahl der aktuell im Windows Zertifikat Stor hinterlegten User Zertifikate an. Das geschieht auch wenn nur ein einziges da ist. Ich habe nur eine Stelle gefunden (Einstellungen \ Unterschriften \ Identitäten \ Verwendungsoptionen) mit der ich manuell ein Zertifikat zum Unterschreiben auswählen kann. Aber selbst mit einem Ausgewähltem wird beim Unterschreiben immer noch erneut nach einem Zertifikat gefragt.   Kann man ein bestimmtes Zertifikat (am besten automatisiert per Script oder GPO) als Default hinterlegen damit man das nicht ständig bei jeder Unterschrift auswählen muss ?
