Has anyone had this issue?We have a WebDAV editing capability, so users can “one click” edit a PDF from the browser.For some reason, the first time they click to edit (first time since restarting their PC) Adobe Reader shows an Access Denied message.If the user then closes Adobe and clicks edit again, the second edit always works.This is consistently happening. This is broken again in the latest version of Adobe Reader.  We have a lot of users reporting that QuickPrint in Outlook Classic is opening Adobe Reader and not closing it.  Then when they try to open another PDF it will not open.  Please get this fixed.

I have a customer that's on Adobe Acrobat Reader 2019.012.20040, with Windows 10 Pro x64 Version 1809, and when he tries to open a certain document, he gets the following error: "Cannot find or create the font 'ArialMT'. Some characters may not display or print correctly."So far, the user has uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader, his computer was wiped and re-imaged with a new Windows 10 baseline, we've added the ArialMT TrueType font file to Windows 10, and he's installed the DC Font Pack (my suggestion): Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Font Pack (Continuous) - For Acrobat Reader DC version 19.x But he's still getting the error.  Are there any suggestions as to resolve his issue?  Thanks.

When I attmpt to print a PDF document it only prints first page,   when all pages are selected.  I tried to ust the print certain pages, and it only prints the first page listed.  If i want to print the whole document, i have to select each page individually.  tThis is happening no matter how i try to print it or where from.  I have tried redownloading the document, but that does not help. 

Hello, I am managing Citrix environment for one of my customers and currently I have a following problem: If there is a UNC hyperlink in pdf file, Adobe reader open it automatically in MS Edge instead of File Explorer in windows server 2022 terminal server. I do not think this issue is related to OS settings, because If I create word document, It is open in File explorer automatically, only adobe reader open it in MS edge and I do not know how to change it. I tried multiple versions of adobe reader (currently there 2 weeks old version) and from some time It is acting like this, I think It started 5 weeks ago. Can you please help me to solve this issue? Thank you. Jan

One of my users has a printing problem: Very first time printing after opening Acrobat Reader, print window defaults to 11 copies. If she exits print then immediately prints again, copies is set to 1, until she closes Acrobat Reader. Doesn’t matter if she opens Acrobat then a PDF, or opens PDF which causes Reader to open. This happened with at least five different PDF files generated from different sources.If she opens a PDF while holding <Shift>+<Ctrl>, the print defaults to 1 copy… until she closes Acrobat.She should not have to hold <Shift>+<Ctrl> every time she wants to open Acrobat or a PDF, especially since at least one process she does automatically generates and opens a PDF.Anyone know how to get the FIRST print to stop defaulting to 11 copies?

When opening from a PDF Adobe stays open and I need to manually close it each time, annoying when you have loads to print! Can anyone help please? 

Hi everyone, so I am trying to print my .pdf file in color, but it only prints out in black & white, even though it's in color on the screen itself.I made the .PDF in word and then converted it to a .PDF .. Could it be some word settings?I can print out other .pdf files normally in color, so it shouldn't be the printer settings. Everything is up to date, driver etc.What should I do?

I have a fillable form that someone filled out and then sent to me. When I try to print it anywhere that was a checkbox or a radio button has a black box overtop of it when I try to print it. Even the ones that are not selected. I’ve gone into the print settings and turned off “use local fonts” and tried to “Print as Image” and neither fix it.

Hi!I'm trying to work out how to replace Adobe Reader Classic Track 2020 with a similar reader-only experience via Adobe Classic 2024 on Windows 11.  I need a silent installer.Downloaded Acrobat 2024 Classic MUI Base exe and extracted it to a folder. Testing the MSI, it will install successfully only with default settings. If I do a Custom install and de-select "Create Adobe PDF" and "Acrobat Distiller" to try and Readerify it, it almost finishes the install and then fails with "Error 2753. The File 'acroservicesupdater.exe' is not marked for installation." before rolling back the installation.I can do a full install and then modify that install and remove those components with no error but that seems ... less than ideal!!Any ideas? I've already tried using AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021.exe with no improvement.Here's the relevant bit of the MSI log. Thanks!Action ended 15:38:52: InstallExecute. I would like to turn off the small overview of the entire page that appears on the right side in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.I don't find it useful, often covers up the text that I'd like to read when I've maximized the document to take up the entire screen's width. How could I stop this from appearing?Thank you for your help!

When I try to save the PDF with initials and signatures it throws up the error, 'The operation failed because Adobe Acrobat encountered an unknown error' and then gets rid of the signature attempt.Anyone else encountering this issue trying to add initials and signatures in Adobe Reader DC on Windows 10? Getting the same error on two PCs, fresh installs of Adobe Reader.

When I turn on my laptop and I get yet another Adobe update, it tells me that there is an over-abundance of incompetence in the company at the highest levels of development. If you have to push out an update every other week, the statement you’re making is “we can’t get sht done right, so we’re just going to make you constantly deal with “Adobe has an update ready for installation”, or whatever notification you worthless amateurs interrupt your customer base with. Do you developers really think that pushing out updates on a constant basis is a good idea? what the fk are you doing? what is it that you can’t get right? When you figure it out, let me know. I’m writing about it. 

Is there a way to show the full file name on tabs?I often need to have 5-10 tabs open, all file names need to start with the same address, and I need to frequently flip back and forth between them.I can't see the latter half of the file names so waste too much time looking for the right tab 

Hi, When I print to the network printer in the office it is printing very slow. It lasts a long time before the print job has been sent to the printer, after sending the print job to the printer it lasts a very long time before the printer prints. It prints page 1 and than I have to wait 2 minutes before the second page prints. Version of adobe reader is 9.1. Can someone help me with this issue? I am desperate.

Bonjour,Depuis une semaine j'ai un souci avec la surbrillance des textes PDF qui est intervenu de manière spontanée.A chaque fois que j'utilise l'outil surbrillance pour surligner du texte, il ne reste pas actif en continue. Il se désactive et c'est l'outil sélection qui s'active. Cela signifie qu'à chaque fois que je souhaite surligner une nouvelle ligne, je suis obligée de re-cliquer sur l'outil surbrillance. C'est vraiment pénible, surtout lorsque j'ai un PDF de travail de plusieurs pages. Je précise que j'ai essayé toute solution qui était en mon pouvoir : - j'ai testé sur plusieurs PDF différents (même problème)- j'ai désinstallé et réinstallé Adobe Acrobat sur mon pc- j'ai redémarré mon pcAucune de ces solutions ne fonctionne, et je n'ai absolument rien trouvé sur internet qui concerne mon problème. Merci beaucoup à vous si vous pouvez m'aider !
