Good morning everyone!I'm having problems with my Acrobat DC! I can't open files, the application opens but then I can't see anything! I already uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat, but I still have the same problem! I work with an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020) macOS Monterey version! Someone can help me? Hi there , I rolled out the Adobe Acrobat Extension from Chrome Webstore over an GPO to our Clients . Adobe Acrobat: Werkzeuge zum Bearbeiten, Konvertieren und Signieren von PDF-Dateien - Chrome Web Store (google.com)Now i want to configure this Addon over Registry Keys . Is it possible . Because i need under Options of this Addon : The Option "PDFs open in Acrobat should set to "off" disabled . I only need the Option "View opened in Acrobat" . The other thing is i search an Registry Key which not allow the first Info Window in Edge after the Adobe Addon is installed .   Hope someone can help me. Thanks Michael 

Hi, Read from the previous posts but I still couldn't get this fix.  I'm running on:- Mac OS Big Sur v11.6- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Continuous Release v2022.001.20085 (1) Open a PDF file, scrolling for few seconds(2) "There was a RAISE without a handler.  The application will now exit." message popped up(3) Adobe Acrobat Reader DC quit after clicking on "OK" button for the warning message(4) Re-install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/(5) Repeat (1), (2) & (3) persisted(6) There is no way I can read the PDF file Please advise how this issue can be resolved.  Thank you.

Hi I have pdf-files created with an application where you can fill in which font to use. I have read online and understnad that fonts can be embedded or not embedded and if they are not embedded they will be shown correctly if the fonts are installed on the computer.  In my PDF if I go to properties->Fonts I have this info: Helvetica-Bold Type: Type 1 Encoding: Ansi Actual Font:Arial-BoldMT Actual Font Type: TrueType Verdana Type:TrueType Encoding:Ansi Actual Font: Adobe Sans MM Actual Font Type: Type 1 Verdana-Bold,Bold Type: TrueType Encoding: Ansi Actual Font: Adobe Sans MM Actual Font Type: Type 1 If i look in windows i find C:\Windows\Fonts\verdanab.ttf and C:\Windows\Fonts\verdana.ttfSo why is this not showing in adobe reader?  I'm trying to understand how to correct so that these fonsts are shown correctly  

I got this issue on Adobe Sign. It bypassed the approver, didn't receive any notification and went directly to the signature process.   

Large schemes in acrobat reader DC open very slowly . How to solve ?

The import data function cannot select the file name's extension that is not in XML/XDP/XFD. My system will generate a file that is XML format but the file extension is not in xxxx.XML. Could the acrobat reader release the guiding or add *.* for selection?

Hello. I use the latest Adobe Reader DC x64. When I add text to some PDF documents (using Wypełnij i podpisz - Fill and sign tool) there is I think Myriad Pro font used. However, when I add some polish letters like ą, ę, ś and so on, the font changes to Minion Pro and the document looks no consistent. I've read https://helpx.adobe.com/pl/acrobat/using/default-font-pdf-editing-add-text.html, but in my version of Reader there isn't Content Editing menu. I found some font setting under the Language menu, however there are only: default, GB18030 and HKSCS options. How can I solve it and use for example Arial font? 

We have industry specific software which is requiring Acrobat Reader 9.  The install file installs Reader v9.3.  We have been running Acrobat Reader DC, which I feel comfortable with.  Reader 9 is out dated and I don't feel safe running it.  Is there a way that I can put a "redirect" (or something else) to trick the software into using DC?  I have put in a formal complaint with the vendor as v9 is no longer supported by Adobe, and hasn't been since 2013.  Thank you in advance.

Our version is 22.1.20085.0 and we've encountered two issues recently while attempting to download & open PDF files.  I've attached the error messages. On one system we received a 0:521 error message with 'please launch Adobe acrobat...' and the other one was for us to launch Adobe reader first.  We're using the product as a PDF viewer and have encountered these two errors out of 110 tests.  Our software is calling for a PDF to be downloaded and viewed locally.  I have not been able to replicate the issue and I'm not familiar with the logging, if any, involved.  I see nothing noteworthy in the Windows Event logs.

As a High Contrast user, the Replace Document Colors function is very important. I have surrendered unhappily for years that it doesn't work on certain docuents with scanned images. Specifically I desire a black background on my documents and I just can't get them sometimes.It's further disappointing that my Android Acrobat Reader app DOES successfully do Dark Mode on every document. Not to mention, it cleans up scanned text automatically (or is that coming from Adobe Scan, a great app as well).I'd REALLY like Acrobat Reader DC for Desltop to always be able to show a black background on every document. If I open the Tools tab in Adobe Reader DC and click on Combine Files, I am taken to an Adobe website. Am I required to move my documents online to use the Combine Files feature? I thought the Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack I just bought would let me use more features within the desktop app I already have downloaded.

For the past couple of years I have been creating MS Word 2007 documents with Heading levels 1, 2 & 3 which when converted to PDF became Bookmarks that were navigable from the Navigation Pane. Since upgrading to Adobe Reader X, Bookmarks are no longer part of the Navigation Pane. I've looked through all the options and can't find a way to enable them. Was this feature dropped from Adobe Reader X? Having my bookmarked Headings available from the navigation pane really made navigation through lenghty documents much easier. If this is something I can no longer do in Adobe Reader X, is there a way to roll back Adobe Reader to version 9?Thanks

Hello,I have a file that was saved to PDF (not printed to, saved to) with Notes showing by a coworker who does not have Adobe Pro. The file saved fine and the notes were visible. However, we cannot then convert the file to Word, cannot save a copy of it, cannot manipulate the pages (within Pro) - basically, cannot do anything with the PDF without getting a 110 error.We tried other PPT files and have no issues - just this one particular file.Does anyone have any ideas how to "fix" the file? Is it something with PPT, Adobe, or the conversion?Thank you in advance.JS

It's 2022, why is that I still can not open an Adobe Acrobat DC file using a mobile/IPad version of Adobe Reader?  I don't have a desktop to open the file....I should be able to use my IPad Pro to open it.  

Adobe Reader version v2022.001.20085. Whenever I print something in Adobe Reader my users end up with Z@R6XXX.tmp files. These files are locked and when the user logoffs the files remain causing an unsuccessfull deletion of the local userprofile. "Error deleting file, access denied."They appear to be font files used for printing. They are in use by svchost.exe en system processes. I found this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/unable-to-delete-temporary-files/td-p/6430341from 2014. Is this bug reintroduced?

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Continuous Release version 2022.001.20085 64-bitWhen adding a text box, this "An error Occurred that may be fixed by installing the latest version of the Extended Language Support Package" pops up and will not allow to enter text in the text box.All other comment features functioned noraml.I found the Extended Language Support Package for 32bit Windows but not for 64bit. 

Hi,I am using Adobe Reader on my portrait monitor with Width Scrolling, so I see at one moment three slides (I included picture). Moreover, I have active at all time "Add text comment" options as I am taking notes on the slides.But when I click to create new note on the slide which is second or third on my screen (red on included picture), Adobe automatically jumps to next slide and I have to click again to create text note (see included video).Is there an option to disable jumping to next slide when I click on slide which is second or third?It might be that this behaviour is made for touch screens, that reader goes to next slide when you click on the slide, however, while making text boxes I don't think this behaviour is useful. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Moreover I have a touch screen monitor.   

I got a new work laptop with Windows 11 Pro Installed. I downloaded and installed Acrobat Reader DC Version 2022.001.20085 | 64-bit  When trying to Sign In 2 Blank sign in Windows Pops up, saying not responding. Then the windows both close and Acrobat Reader Crashes. Downloaded and reinstalled Acrobat Reader again. Tried the Repair Function twice. Tried Chatting to support with no solution. Please can anybody help as I am unable to sign into my account to use my digital signature...

After the latest upgrade, my pdf thumbnails which previously displayed the cover of the document. Has now reverted more than half of my pdf documents to the default pdf icon. Does anyone have a fix for this matter?
