We have multiple terminal servers (Windows Server 2012 R2) using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (version: 21.005.20058) to view attachments in medical record software. These attachments do appear to open in an IE browser. We experience intermittent errors upon attachement opening: There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (0:104)Running a repair on the impacted servers does temporarily resolve the issue, but it happens 3+ times a week on various server.I appreciate any ideas y'all have on a more effective resolution than repairing. Thanks much!

Whener i click anywhere in the document i get a dense grid like thing. its like Black & White pixels. if i click again it reveals some part of the document & rest of the document remains the same. Then i have to either close the document or skip to any other page to read it. also i cant copy any content because as soon as i click anywhere it shows those pixels. Attached image. this happens with every document. i re-installed Adobe Reader DC, but problem remains.
Hello everyone, I'm new here and I really need some help... :'( I'm finding that I'm using ebooks more and more and these come in the .PDF format. I now have many more ebooks rather than traditional physical books. This is my big worry:That the text in ebooks that are in .PDF files I have purchased and are stored on my local hard drives will be modified without my knowledge and that I would be reading .PDF files that have been modified without my knowledge and therefore learning incorrect information. I also have many .PDF files that were free and completely legal as well and I'm worried about these as well! :'( Is there any way I can make it impossible for .PDF files to be modified/unaltered? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :'(
The "Save to Document Cloud" function in Acrobat Reader has suddenly stopped working today. I get the error message, "Unable to save the file to Document Cloud. A copy has been saved to your device." Initially it gives me the usual green message, "Saved to Document Cloud," but a few seconds later it switches. I'm using a 2020 iPad Air, running the latest version of iOS. I've checked my iPhone, and the issue occurs there too, so it appears to be a problem with the app.I've never had a problem before. Both Reader & iOS last updated five days ago, I have successfully saved files to Document Cloud since that time though, so it shouldn't be related to the updates. All files seem to be affected, not just ones downloaded today - I've tried saving files I've previously saved successfully, with no luck. I've tried everything I can think of - logged out of the app & in again, reset the iPad, checked the settings for iCloud & Reader -
I have full paid version of Adobe Pro DC -- I have 1 app that requires use of Internet explorer and it uses ADOBE reader to open files in the browser- about once a day Adobe updates and I get the following error There is a problem with Adobe reader if it is running-- I have to uninstall reader reinstal and then it works for a bit- is there some way around the uninstalling and reinstalling?
Al guardar el formulario y abrirlo con Reader el marco del formulario aparece en azul. ¿Cómo podría quitarlo para que el cliente no lo vea? Gracias.
Acrobat Reader updated at work from 2021.001.20150 to 2021.005.20058 Prior to the update, I would open a .pdf file and it would appear fullscreen (like it should). Clicking on a link would open a new file, fullscreen in a new window. Closing that window, the original file would be displayed, still in fullscreen. Now, with the update, when closing the new window, the original file is NOT displayed fullscreen. This is bad. I need the updated version to operate as the old one did! With the new version operating the way it does, my touchscreen information system is useless. Our IT person reverted the computer back to the old version and it worked fine, but the computer did an outo update and took me right back to the problem version.
How do I exit the full screen mode, when my windows pc is in tablet modus (=no keyboard)? I tried and tried and tried and searched google... Nothing. Thanks in advance.Holger.

TO BY YESTERDAYS POST I GOT A REPLY BY YOUR EXPERT ON MY EMAIL ACCOUNT IN LIVE.COM. I REPLIED TO IT BUT YOUR SERVER REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY REPLY. MY ORIGINAL QUESTION REMAINS UNANSWERED. MY BROWSER LETS ME GET INTO THE WEB SITE AND LET ME GET TO THE LIST OF PDFS. IT ALLOWS ME TO OPEN MANY BUT NOT ALL. THOSE THAT IT CANNOT OPEN I GET THE MESSAGE ' THIS PDF PORTFOLIO CAN ONLY BE OPENED BY ACROBAT X OR ADOBE READER X, DOWNLOAD IN FROM ADOBE.COM' I HAVE ADOBE READER DC INSTALLED ON MY DESKTOP. THE REPLY FROM YOUR EXPRT WAS THAT I SHOULD DOWNLOAD THE FILE ON MY DESKTOP AND THEN OPEN IT THRU THE READER. THE WEBSITE DOES NOT ALLOW THAT. IN MY REPLY I REQUESTED IF YOUR TEAM EXPERT COULD CALL ME ON MY CELL [PII removed by moderator] TODAY BEFORE 7:30 PM EST AND GUIDE ME ON THE RIGHT PATH

Hello everyoneI work as an IT support at a IT company. Several of my clients are now experiencing issues when downloading the Azure Information Protection (AIP) plugin for Adobe Acrobat Reader. They are running version 19.008.20071 of Adobe Reader which is the newest Danish version on the Adobe website. It seems like the AIP plugin has issues detecting the installed Adobe product. I get an error as seen in the attached file:"Installation failed because the required product could not be found on system. Please make sure that required product of supported version and track is installed before running the setup again."I am running Windows 10 Enterprise v. 1903It works fine with version 19.012.20040 and with the English version 2019.012.20036. It also works with the newest version if the plugin has been installed with a previous version before installing the newest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.Any solutions? This is really important since my clients and I cannot access crucial conf
Hi AllWhen attempting to print architectural A0 layouts the program freezes and then crashesThe files are noormaly around 10mb + so are large files. The program is slow to load the drawings anyway, and struggles to pan with a good refresh rate so if anyone has solutions for that as well it would be appreciated.I've attached a photo showing the progress bar, after this if you click on the drawing it freezes and then needs to be force closed. The only other thing to not is sometimes it progress to 'Flattening' and then crashes. This seems to be an old problem which many people have never figured out how to solve. Adobe Reader DC used to work fine on my W10 desktop PC, but suddenly, even though I haven't made any changes to my system, it always crashes with no error message after about 20 seconds. I have tried every solution I can find on the internet, including updating Adobe Reader PC to the latest version, uninstalling it and reinstalling the latest version, running Repair Acrobat Installation while no other applications are running, turning off protected view, launching Distiller AD to check if Acrobat DC is activated, and several others. If you can find a solution suggested on the internet, I have almost also found it and tried it without success. So now Acrobat DC is useless to me. Has anyone ever found a solution to this that actually works?
I have tried several times to turn off the acrobat reader on my Windows 10 and have had no luch. Can anyone please help?

Dear Adobe, No response needed really - I just want to let you know that we are finding all kinds of stability issues with Reader DC now. I cannot pin down one particular thing because even the glitches are not that repeatable. Reader used to be rock solid stable, what on earth have you done to make it so buggy? Our document process for signing has not changed but now we have to run it with Task Manager to control what Adobe is opening in the background. To be fair we are only using the free version so I do not expect Adobe to focus too much effort on these issues. However I humbly ask that you review the software stability at next version release. We run Ver 2021.001.20145 and the new 'features' make it super buggy if you want to automate the signing process. Or, please have an option where it runs just a basic core version. To see good software ruined by someone's idea of nice features is just madening. Regards
Does anyone know how to create a custom paper size in Adobe Reader? When I trying to print labels for a thermal printer on 6x4 labels, it is defaulting to letter size. When I go into the settings it has many sizes available but not a 4x6 label. If I drag the PDF into Chrome it prints fine.
